I remember my neck hurting me so much,( physical therapy was not much help) and my body starting to get weaker and weaker! I found our young Deron on You Tube when I was looking for exercises for my arms and neck and I found his exercises were exactly what my body needed! Few months later after doing the free exercises on You Tube, I decided to join and so far, all the exercises feel like they were made just for me! No loud music, no loud voices, just plain and simple exercises! I could hardly walk half a mile now I am walking 4-5 miles /day! For someone who reached the age of 70 and never did any exercises but 12 hour works at the hospital , I say I am doing pretty good! Thank you, Deron, Jeff and the whole crew, I am a lot steonger than before and my neck stopped bothering me anymore!

This is a awesome workout. I always feel better after! Deron is so supportive! I've only been exercising with this program a few months but I can really say my right hip doesn't ache like it did before! Deron makes these workouts fun! Thank you

I am 74 and joined the Grow Young Fitness Founder’s Club last December. I started with the Ultimate Program for Beginners and do the short and fun classes almost every day, and do the Monthly Challenges. Deron is such an enthusiastic trainer and really understands older bodies and the physical issues we often deal with. After three months, which says something for the enjoyment of doing these classes, my body has really toned up, very noticeable in my waist area, my energy has risen, and I now use an exercise class instead of a nap in the afternoon. This is one of the best things I have done for myself!!!

I’ve been doing GYF for about 3 years, and I’ll always be doing it. I stumbled on it while I was in PT after rotator cuff surgery. My therapist checked it out and was very impressed by Deron’s qualifications. Thanks to GYF, I have full range of motion maintained, and my osteoarthritis is less painful due to my increased flexibility. I am in my 70’s, walk about 3 miles most days, and I am also doing GYF most days! I also love that I can take this with me when I’m on vacation because the program is on my iPad. If I skip a day or two now and then, my body tells me to “get moving!” GYF will always be a part of my life!

I haven’t been as consistent as I should be but I have managed to lower my blood pressure and my A1C for my type 2 diabetes. I’ve also lost 40 lbs. I would recommend this program to everyone! I just turned 80 and if I can do this program so can you!
