I have 5 different DVDs that I rotate at home. I like them all. Have lost 15 lbs in a little over 3 months. Plus low carb, low sugar have taken me from an A1C of 7.0 to 6.1. I really appreciate the way Deron explains each exercise, what part of the body it’s working, where you should be feeling it, and the encouraging words as you work out. I’m 67 and these workouts are perfect for me. Thank you Deron!
