I joined the Founders Club about 18 months ago. What I love about it is that each workout gets a bit more challenging than the last. I had total knee replacement in September and because I had worked on strength and balance, my recovery was easier (not easy - but easier). I haven’t been as dedicated these last few weeks because of packing and moving - but I am back on track. And now I am ready to tackle the nutrition piece as well. Thanks Deron - this prigram works for me.

I am a member of the Grow Young Fitness Funders program for over a year. I love, love those well thought through exercising routines for seniors. There are hundreds of fantastic exercise sessions that are great for seniors regardless of his/her fitness level. By exercising with Deron several times a week, I have gained more energy, better flexibility, and better sense of balance. Subscribing to this program was my best decision and the money best spent. I've been at this sight for a good while now & absolutely love it. It was even recommended by my Dr. To help me keep in shape. Now I can even feel it if I miss working 💪 out. I wouldn't exercise any other way!

I have been with GYF for over 2 years. It has been a blessing for my Physical well-being as well as my Cogintive well-being. I will continue with my activities with GYF . It has made me more stronger physically and mentally even when I have bad days. GYF has helped to make me to keep it moving regardless!
