I found grow year fitness while I was scrolling on Facebook one day. I retired in 2018 from a very physical job. I wore out a lot of body parts through repetitive motion. Knees, shoulders, elbows, hands and feet surgeries. I was slowing down after retirement and gaining weight. The program was a lifesaver. Well not lifesaver but energy, movement and activity saver. Deron had me hooked right away with his friendly, open and honest down to earth approach to keeping fit for older people. I started out with the morning bed stretches and chair exercises and never had a sore day afterwards. Life distracted me for awhile and I didn’t do the program for awhile. Have been back at it and it makes all the difference in the world. I have more confidence in my balance, I am strong enough to bowl again without my elbows or shoulders hurting. I AM STRONGER! I would and have recommended this to my sisters and anyone who have mobility issues.
