Hi everyone!!! Yes i am a real live person …. I joined GYF a few months ago and i love every minute of it. Honestly i wish i could keep going with the program all day. I begin my day with morning stretches and try to get another session in during the day. There are so many different exercises to choose from. From sitting to strength, yoga, weight control. Deron even has a recipe section and a cook with Deron section. He even offers a monthly challenge with generous gifts for the winners!!!!
