This is a great exercise program! I've been doing this program for 3 years and i just love it! There is enough variety to keep me interested (I get bored). There has always been something I can do even with bad knees, one bad hip, arthritis and bursitis. This program has kept me moving! Thanks!

It was the most challenging for me by far and I loved it. Some body part was not that happy with the side kicks where my knee was replaced but we managed to get through it. Every part of me feels stronger and healthier. Thanks for all that you and Jeff do for us seniors.

I am surprised by the energy, flexibility and strength i've gained and feel during this first Season of Grow Young Fitness. This is the longest I've ever stuck to any exercise program. It is gentle yet vigorous. I recommend this to anyone because the benefits far outweigh the effort.Thank you
