I have been a member of Grow Young Fitness for 2 years, I have had back surgery that wasn't successful but am still able to do the exercises. Grow Young has a large variation of Exercises that almost everyone can do.

I have already lost 5 lbs and have been doing the starter program for maybe six weeks or more ! I focus on cardio but went through the foundation as well . Very gentle on my joints as I suffer from arthritis a great deal but effective enough to make a difference! Love this program! I also toldMy rheumatologist so he could pass it on to his patients!

This is a great program! I have been doing this for three years and I love it! It has a variety of workouts that are so helpful for mature people, cardio, strength, therapy, balance, standing marching, seated marching, chair boxing, dumbbell marching, yoga, and much more. It is the only exercise program I have stayed with for more than three weeks. There is so much encouragement and support and individual coaching is available. There are incentives for working out each month. The program moves with you as you grow. You can move like turtle or run like a deer and the program will work for you. Keep it movin’!

I joined this program a few months ago and I love it, especially the Facebook group. Deron is the best! He is so motivating and encouraging. These exercises are so doable and I enjoy it. I am not perfect but when I get discouraged and don't feel like doing the exercises, I get a text that encourages me to get up and go. I really love it. Thank you, Deron
