I love these workouts! They're easy to follow, and I learn the proper technique and how to breath while exercising. Deron is personable and knows how to motivate. I have some of the DVDs, but wanted the flexibility of the online videos to use while I'm away from home. It's a great program full of great workouts!

Grow Young Fitness is a wonderful program for seniors that includes physical fitness but also nutritional advice, etc. Deron is a young man that has a "heart" for older folks. Thank you!

Joined the Founders Club about a year ago as an alternative to the gym. Today I have more strength, better balance, less joint pain, and just feel better. This program has become a regular start for each day. All I need is a set of hand weights, theraband, and a chair - easy. There are hundreds of exercises so I never get bored. I’m 83 and GYF keeps me moving.

This program has been great for me. I have back and neck issues and can not do many of the workouts offered at gyms and online due to the rigorous movements. Even yoga became a problem. But with GYF I can do it all, even yoga and have increased muscle and balance. And overall feel good and healthy.

After trying several gyms I found Grow Young fitness works the best for me. It’s easy to work into my schedule. There is a huge variety of exercises, therapy sessions and meal plans. Also there’s always new programs being added. On April 15 I’ll be a member for two years and haven’t regretted one minute. I have had weight loss and more ease of motion, how could anybody ever regret that.
