I have been a member of GYF since it’s inception . Sooo much variety in these workouts , you may exercise from sitting position , gentle workouts for beginners ,gradual progression . Stretching ,walking , brief workouts for balance ,core , yoga ,many, many others ! The GYF members are inspiring, helpful all around an amazing group of people !
