I love this program. Deron is so upbeat and happy he sets my mood for the day. I am 77 years old. I have lost 80 pounds since I started this program. I have a long way to go but without this program I would never of done it. I like the fact he always says if you can’t do it you’ll get there maybe not today but soon. All I can say is Deron thank you for caring about the older crowd. THIS IS A GREAT PROGRAM.

What I love the most about Grow Young Fitness are the daily text messages that are included with the Founders Club membership. They keep me moving even if I don't work with a video. JB

This program not only provides exercise but it's also mind support feeling good about yourself and that you're able to do what you can do when you can do it it also keeps you accountable to what you want and how to get there

I've been a member of the Founder's program for 3 years.. I do my exercises faithfully almost every day. I find it very addictive and easy to follow. There are so many exercises to choose from and on days when I'm not up to certain exercises I could do others. I recently had a fall and I and I really hurt my hip and my knee but I continued to do my upper body exercises while I was letting my other parts heal. There are so many choices on the founder's program and Deron is always adding new ones. I know I am so much stronger having been part of this fabulous program. I am thankful everyday and look forward to exercising with Deron.

I had let myself get into terrible shape and was fighting pain every day from lack of exercise and strength. I had been trying to resume my lifelong exercise habits and kept getting ahead only to take steps backwards as I tried to do what I had always done. I ended up in even more pain and frustration. I knew I needed a safer way to get into shape and have been delighted with the progress I am making with Grow Young Fitness. Deron is my hero. He knows exactly what I need and shows me exactly how to do it. He offers a vast menu of exercise options to fit all areas. His workouts are not long and laborious but fun, doable and effective. He is highly trained in physiology and understands the needs of the older population. I have not hurt myself once over improper form or over doing it and my pain from inactivity is gone. What I find most endearing is that he truly cares about those he serves. I am constantly motivated by his favorite expression of “keep it moving!”
