GREAT EXERCISE PROGRAM FOR SENIORS!! Can do the program in your home whenever you want. The leader is VERY HIGHLY recommended as he is a licensed and certified physical therapist. You can also have access to nutrition info. Don’t delay START TODAY!

Love this program. Was not a fan of exercising but Deron makes it so easy with his sitting exercises in the beginning. I’ve followed this program for four years plus and would recommend it to anyone willing to give it a shot. Start slow and work up to advance. We all need to move so let’s do it in a fun way. Let’s “keep it moving” for a healthier you! Slow and steady finishes the race. You know you can do it and even share the experience with family and friends. I joined GYF Founders Program a little over a year ago. This is the first time I’ve stayed with a program over an extended time. The variety, detail, structure, encouragement and support that is provided by Deron and crew along with the Facebook group keeps me healthier and consistent. At 76, I am more fit than I’ve been for a long time. Recently I was diagnosed with a deteriorating physical and mental condition. The only treatment is consistent exercise and healthier eating! I feel this program has literally added quality time to my life. Thank you.
