I saw the add about Grow Young Fitness on Facebook in March 2020 just after COVID quarantine was issued. The price was right and the coach was too cute so I purchased the starter videos. That just made me want more so I became a member of the founders club. At this time my fingers were going to sleep and locking up especially at night and my neck and shoulders ached, knees hurt, stamina was much less than I needed. Today I have energy and my fingers no longer lock up and rarely go numb, knees are almost pain free. If I don't do some exercise with Deron daily, my arthritis rears its painful head so I know without a doubt that keeping it moving has helped me tremendously. Oh, and I've gone down a size. I can't say enough good things about Deron and his exercise programs. So much to choose from, never boring and he is always there to answer questions or help in any way.

I an 83 years old and have been doing the exercises for about 8 years. I love that Deron does the exercises along with us on the computer. I am convinced doing the program has kept me fit and able do the things I live doing.

I recently joined Grow Young Fitness because my physical strength and balance have been rapidly diminishing and I was having other health issues “starting to appear” (stiffness, tiredness, insomnia). It was getting difficult just getting through every day. I wanted a program that would keep me interested and motivated that I could do at home. I started with the jump start program which I’m still doing but also joined the Founders Club program because there are so many more programs that I’ll never become bored or unchallenged. I am already feeling better but still a work in progress which I know will improve with time if I keep moving forward!

I have been taking part in the exercise workouts on Grow Young Fitness off and on for about 4 years. The exercises are geared toward seniors and Deron leads the way to better health, stamina, balance, strength, weight loss, so many areas that we seniors need to address daily. Through the program’s monthly challenges, I have more commitment to myself to workout each day. Deron’s guidance and explanations that he provides in every single workout help me understand the purpose and the benefits of the exercises. I do feel that I have my own personal trainer who’s interested in helping me have a stronger, healthier life as I age. The workouts are well presented and the cost of the program is affordable. Thank you to Deron and all who work to provide an avenue for me to improve my health!

I have really enjoyed all the workouts that I have tried. I have been a member since August 2021. The workouts keep me motivated and am glad to continue. There is lots of encouragement as the workout goes along. Not too difficult but hard enough to make good progress! Glad that I joined!
