Hello i am a 71 year old woman who joined growyoung fitness 2 years ago after I’ve tried couple of other fitness groups without much result. When I saw this program it caught my attention because I felt it was age appropriate. It started me with the chair exercises and graduated to walking and then strengthening exercises. The follow ups were phenomenal especially with the daily reminders eg. ( get up and stretch after sitting for more than an hour.) Having said all this the interesting and rewarding part of it all is that I’ve gradually gone from 197lbs to 177.6lbs as of today. I would recommend growyoung fitness to any one who’s struggling with losing weight.

This program is the best. I workout with Deron 5 or 6 times a week. I do not have to leave my house to exercise and I really like that. It has helped me feel better and maintain my weight. Try it out you will be happy you did.

I’ve been a member of Grow Young fitness for over five years now and I think it’s the best and only program I could use that’s out there. It’s reasonably priced and you can use it anytime anyplace anywhere and there are so many options of what program you can use they go on and on and on which gives you a variety for whatever your issue is. Deron has worked very hard to make it perfect for seniors and I for one appreciate it very much. There’s not enough I can say about how great the program is so try it out if you have not and I know you will continue it.

I have been using this program since July 2020. Lost 48 pounds, off blood pressure meds and feeling so much better than I did before starting. I still have a way to go but am very grateful for this program and particularly Deron who is a wonderful kind and very smart human being. Exercise is now a part of my daily routine for the first time in my life! I look forward to it everyday and will never stop Movin 😊
