We’ve just returned from a truly unforgettable week at Casa de Campo. Although we encountered a minor issue with our reservation upon arrival, Leidy, our incredible concierge, and her dedicated management team went above and beyond to resolve the situation, ensuring our stay was flawless. Once settled into “villa life,” we had the pleasure of being looked after by our wonderful full-time staff member, Grissll. Her warmth and constant smile made all the difference. Grissll prepared delicious breakfasts every morning and was always eager to assist in any way she could. Whether whipping up refreshing smoothies by the pool or delivering a cold beer to my husband after his daily tennis matches, Grissll truly went the extra mile. ¡Grissll, eres la mejor! Leidy, our personal concierge, was a standout throughout our stay. She was always prompt, professional, and kind, responding to our many, many messages with efficiency and a smile. No request was too big or small, and her efforts to ensure we had a memorable experience did not go unnoticed. We felt incredibly fortunate to have her as our concierge. A special mention also goes to the exceptional team at Minitas Beach Restaurant. Elvis, Jaime, Ruth, Nathaniel, and Victor all made each visit enjoyable. The reception team was also wonderfully welcoming, though I didn’t catch their names—thank you to all of you for making us feel so at home. Btw the zucchini chips are to die for, we had them every day. We would also like to express our appreciation for our private driver, Williams. He was always punctual, professional, and genuinely kind, making our travels around the very large complex smooth and stress-free. A final shout-out goes to Rando and Santo, our tennis hitting partners. They made our matches fun and entertaining, all while being excellent players and gracious on the court. Thanks for letting us win on our last day, guys! :) We wholeheartedly recommend Casa de Campo as an ideal vacation destination.
