There is an individual named Chris Scales who sold me the bike. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and helpful during the process leading to the transaction. I could tell right away that these people at Trek did not just want to sell me a bicycle, they wanted to sell me the bicycle that would suit me and my purpose for riding. Chris went to great lengths to ensure that I was getting the right bike. Thanks Trek!

Not that the business is insanely large, but upon walking in I was greeted immediately from across the room and the employee stepped out from behind the counter and walked up to me to assist me. She found everything I was looking for and gave me prices and information about it all.
They laid out their shop very well and everything is very well organized.
