Amazing experience! We met multiple team members on a couple of different visits and customer service was outstanding every time. No one makes you feel dumb for questions or rushed. We picked up bikes for the whole family and everyone really went above and beyond making sure we were ready to get riding when we left the store.

Outstanding service from Christopher and his staff went above and beyond to locate a bicycle similar to the one that was stolen from my son at school. In fact, they located the exact one. My son did everything appropriate in regards to this, but unfortunately, I am hearing there is a band of these that do the sign a regular basis. Thank you, Chris for all your hard work seeking out the same bicycle for my son. I will be forever grateful for you. He’s a kid that doesn’t want much and this was just one thing he wanted as it was a gift from his siblings collectively
