Vera Clinic has massively improved and changed my life for the better. I feel brand new. I have been given confidence. I chose Vera Clinic because my teeth were damaged, chipped and I had large gaps in them and I saw other people's incredible before and after pictures on Vera Clinic's website and Instagram. The NHS in England where I am from refused to help me. For 28 years of my life I was going to many NHS dentists in England and they just tried to make me pay extortionate amounts of money to Orthodontists for braces that for many people don't give people the result that they want. Vera Clinic helped me and gave me the exact dream teeth that I have always wanted. Vera Clinic actually care. They want what is best for the patient. They do their job specifically to make sure the patient is happy. You can tell that all they wanted is for me to be happy with the smile I have always dreamed of having. Nilay from customer support made sure I felt comfortable, she was there for me when I was nervous and made me feel better every time. Nilay ensured that I was in safe hands, she proved that the process can be trusted and that the Doctor Selin knows exactly what she's doing and nothing went wrong or will ever wrong. I unfortunately never met Nilay, she just supported me over the phone but her support made me never doubt Vera Clinic at all and she always made me feel like everything was going to be fine. Doctor Selin is a very hard work with great attention to detail and she ensured every time that the job was done perfectly. Doctor Selin is a perfectionist. Pinar has a lovely welcoming smile and she makes your day feel better as soon as you walk in. Her positive aura makes you feel relaxed especially when you are nervous. Jeren from Turkmenistan made sure I never felt alone, she has a great sense of humour and always had a good chat with me. Very friendly person, great conversations with her. I will miss the jokes and banter we had. Doctor Selin's assistant worked very hard and always did everything correctly. Aleyna always made me have a big smile when photos were taken, she just has this talent in giving me the biggest smile ever which nobody in my life knows how especially when I had my former teeth which I always covered up. My name is Jabell Cabrera. I had 18 veneers done with Vera Clinic on August 18,2022. From the first day I communicated with Vera Clinic, I have spoken to Bahar through WhatsApp she was always very supportive all the way even on the last day of our stay in Istanbul. We ( me and my husband and 4 children) arrived in Istanbul on August 15 and we were pick up from the airport by Vera Clinic driver at 12 midnight then straight to our 5 star Elite World Asia Hotel in Istanbul Asia side as there are 2 sides in Istanbul. Asia side and Europe side. My first day in the clinic on 16th August, I had my teeth impression done. My dentist and her assistant were very nice to me and my husband. The receptionist also very nice to us. They welcomed us very nicely. They speak very good English. On the 17th, my dentist had filed my 18 teeth ( reduced the size of my teeth) for 4 hours with lignocaine injections ( anaesthetic to numbbed my teeth while being filed to reduce pain). They were very fast as as it only took 4 hours to reduced the size of my 18 teeth. On August 18th, they fitted my temporary teet. On August 19thcthey fitted my 18 veneers teeth. Basically it only took them 4 days from start to finish. That's how good and fast they are. Vera Clinic is very reliable. After my veneers treatment, we went to Istanbul Europe side for holiday where we have booked apartment and they still provided us transport from Elite World Asia Hotel. After our holiday in Istanbul Europe side, they still provided us with transport from our apartment to Istanbul airport when we went home back to United Kingdom. The cost of my 18 veneers teeth is £3500. It is very affordable compare here in United Kingdom where if I had it done here in UK, it will cost me a lot more, about 5 times more compared to Vera Clinic. I highly recommend Vera Clinic to anyone who would like to have veneers teeth done.I would give them 10/10. I am very very happy with my veneers teeth. I have chosen third to the whitish as this is what my dentist have recommended as the other 2 colours will look too white and like plastic. The dentist told me that any problem with my veneers teeth to go back to them and they will fix it for free. My dentist told me that my veneers teeth will last at least 15 years and the colour will not fade. Thank so much to Vera Clinic and to Bahar who was very very supportive to us all the way.

Had an extensive dental work two weeks ago and everything went exceptionally well. They do look after you really well. Everyone is very friendly, understanding and they do care about you and what they do. Obtaining a quote was very easy (yes it is subject to a check up and a scan but this is everywhere) and booking suitable date for treatment was a breeze. The clinic is very clean.

Had Sapphire FUE and Zoom Teeth whitening last Dec.10 2019 picked up from Istanbul airport Sabiha Gocken straight to a well known hotel (hilton). Next day procedure again picked up from hotel to clinic about 15 mins away . Clinic itself is very neat very clean environment, from receptionist to medical staff everyone are professional and knowledgeable of what they do. English interpreter done a good job explaining of what to expect together with the Consultant. After the pocedure on the way back to UK picked up from hotel to airport which is always on time. As I bought some recommended post op medication from Vera Clinic im a bit worried for airport security as some of the post op meds are in fluid form but they reassured me nothing to worry about and then given me Doctors letter address to airport security. Special thanks to Mirella Milori whos im in first contact thru WhatsApp she done one hell of a job thanks to you again. Looking forward for my good result and full recovery. .Definitely gonna recommend Vera Clinic to anyone planning for any cosmetic procedure. thanks Jason P. R.

Overall good experience with some caveats.
I had an exosome treatment for my scalp and teeth whitening done.
Efficiency, communication and planning were great. Facilities are very good. They were able to accommodate me last minute.
Value for money and quality of service is questionable. Prices were not competitive, comparable to US/Europe prices. Service was okay but very rushed/‘efficient’.
In summary, if you are short on time, and need something done quickly, this is a good place to go. If you want better pricing or attentiveness in your procedures, there are better options.
I don’t regret coming here, but I won’t be returning for the price I paid ($450 teeth whitening, $2400 exosomes in USD)
