Great service. Came with a flat tire and they made it on the spot and even took of the other wheel as well and gave it new under-layer support, under the tire, to protect better and avoid similar damage in the future. All done while waiting and paid only for one of the wheels. Thank you TREK for living up to the standard of your great brand.

This shop is open to everyone, even if you didn't purchase your bike from Trek. The service quality of the Trek mechanic team is outstanding, and they are incredibly professional. I recently visited due to an issue with my crank arm bolts that other shops couldn't fix, and they solved it perfectly. While the service fees aren't the cheapest, I am more than happy to pay for such reliable and prompt results. Thank you for the excellent work.
