Superb experience with the Trek team. They transformed my 2016 Remedy 9.8 mountain bike into a brand new bike by conducting a complete service and replacing key parts (seat dropper post, tyres, cables, handle bar grips...). Pick-up and delivery made everything so convenient. Bike rides better than new. I couldn't be more pleased and am absolutely thrilled. Thank you so very much Trek team!

I came to the Trek CBD store hoping they would be able to help me with my shaky isospeed, I suspected that it would require new parts and I was already prepared to pay a premium for servicing in the CBD.
To my surprise, the staff were very attentive and helpful, they were able to turnaround in a day and what’s best is that I got my bike back, fixed. They managed to diagnose and fix the issue (turns out just needed tightening)
Special call out to Darren and Aru for being so attentive and providing top notch service, even though I didn’t buy the bike from their store. This store is a rare gem in the CBD, would highly recommend and will be going back to them for any bike issues in the future!

Walked in today to look for a commuter bike that I aim to use for commuting to work. The experience was excellent. Nicolas (i hope i got the spelling right) was most helpful. He explained the kind of bicycle that was most suitable for me and my commute to work. He also explained the basics of bicycle maintenance.
