My experience at Trek Singapore was smooth and enjoyable. Nicholas, the store manager, was very attentive to detail and demonstrated excellent product knowledge by recommending the best bike within my budget. If you are looking for a new bike and happen to be in the area, be sure to ask for Nicholas at the Trek Singapore store!

I bought a Precaliber 16 bike for my son here. The guys were friendly and helpful. They also installed a custom kickstand, which required some additional work, free of charge. I appreciate that. But there was a huge issue. Even though I asked if everything was correctly adjusted before leaving the shop, the handlebar stem was not tightened well. Because of that, my son fell. Luckily, in the end, it was a small bump on the forehead (he was in a helmet) and a scratch on the knee. But it could be much worse. This is unacceptable. Please be more careful, especially for kids. I didn't want to share this feedback publicly because my experience with this shop was mostly excellent. But the issue is too severe.

I received good reviews from my friends who got the initial service from them free of charge when the TREK CBD just opened. I sent my bike Trek Madone to Singapore TREK CBD on the 19/01/2025. This is my overall experience in terms of what I hope for or expectations in the bike being serviced by professional in TREK CBD. Firstly, I was interested in getting my the bike serviced at Level 2 at $180. But I was told that I have to wait for one week or more for that Level 2 Servicing. Secondly, I was told that there were 2 bikes sent in that day for Level 3 Servicing. Level 3 servicing is at $320. I was told that with that, if I opt for $180 Level 2 servicing I have to wait for one week or more due to the bikes being sent in that day. Thirdly, I was also told to consider the $110 Level 1 servicing and that the servicing will be abled completed within 2 days. I was surprised by the situation. With the willingness to pay more or even at $320 Level 3 servicing but instead I will need to wait for a longer period of time for the bike to be completed in servicing. I was also told or suggested if I want to send my bike to TREK East Coast. It is also a surprise to me that was suggested. I also requested the bar tape to be replaced. I also told the mechanic how I hope he could help me with the particular method of wrapping the bar tape. It was, however, he suggested me to go back to the mechanic who has helped me with the orginal method of Wrapping the bar tape. For the collection of the bike which was on the 21/01/2025, my bike was completed in the morning. I made a call to enquire for the collection in the later part of the afternoon. I was told that they forgot to call me that the bike was ready for the collection. This is my overall experience in terms of what I hope for or expectations in the bike being serviced by TREK CBD.

I wanted to purchase my first Trek bike and was deciding between the Domane SL 4 and the Madone SL 5. I went to TREK CBD to see the bikes in person. I specifically asked to see the Domane in white, but the staff member immediately said they didn’t have it, only red, and that maybe it could be available on Thursday. However, when he noticed I was serious about buying, he suddenly changed his story and said he might actually have a white one in the back. I asked him to bring it out, because I wanted to make my decision based on the real bike – not just the website photos. After some hesitation, he finally brought it, but the so-called “white” turned out to be yellow! He then tried to convince me that Trek doesn’t even make white bikes. This was absolutely unacceptable customer service – misleading customers, showing laziness, and even lying. That’s the kind of behavior that should result in immediate dismissal. After this experience, I’ve decided I will never buy a Trek bike from that shop. Instead, I went just 30 minutes away to Giant, where a very kind lady showed me all the bikes, fitted me properly, presented every available color, and handled everything with professionalism and care. Guess which bike I ended up buying? Trek customer service: 0/10. Absolute disgrace.

Walk in wanted to get a mountain bike for my son.. End up I dont cos the staff there seems like I cant afford face.. I rather go unsprung at least they will welcome you.. Although they have the see no up face that you can't afford their product.. This shop is another level
