El proceso ha sido una excelente experiencia de compra, con una gestión por parte de Jordi, impecable, siendo súper profesional, amable y simpático en todo momento. Todo empieza con la reserva de la bicicleta a través de la web, la cual funcionó perfectamente, y a partir de ahí ya entró Jordi con su saber hacer y resolviendo todas las dudas que tenía con respecto a la bici. Excelente también Sebastián el cual me explicó con todo lujo de detalles el funcionamiento del cambio electrónico. No puedo más que felicitaros por vuestro gran trabajo y desearos muchos éxitos. Ayer salí en bici con un amigo y al bajar del Montjuic noté que las ruedas se habían deshinchado, justamente pasábamos por la tienda y decidimos entrar. Sebas fue súper amable, las hinchó sin ningún coste e incluso aprovechamos para ver diferentes opciones de hinchado de ruedas. De verdad un placer encontrar gente así, no compré nada pero no dudaría en volver si necesito algo!!!

Quería una bici eléctrica cómoda,
polivalente y que no fuera muy cara y justo es lo que he encontrado en tienda, además preciosa de color azul noche.
Es mi tercera bicicleta Trek y estoy muy satisfecho con la marca y con el servicio de venta. Jordi me ha atendido fenomenal, en seguida ha sabido lo que quería y no ha intentado venderme otras “motos”

Acabo de adquirir un Trek Madone SL5 Gen8, después de mirar en diferentes webs, me recomendaron ir a la tienda oficial Trek, me atendió Jordi, donde llegamos aún muy buen acuerdo economico y con la diferencia de ser un servio oficial Trek. Decir que estoy muy contento con la compra por el precio, seguridad en la adquisición y la atencion recibida.
Primera revisión sin coste, garantías directas, etc...
Recomendable antes de comprar una bici pasar por aqui y hablar con Jordi, llegareis aun acuaerdo seguro.

Nie umiem się wypowiedzieć o marce Trek. Sprzętu tam jest bardzo dużo. Ubrania Raphy i mnóstwo innych rzeczy.
Panowie z obsługi byli bardzo mili i pomocni. Dostałem od nich karton na spakowanie roweru do samolotu po dotarciu na dwóch kółkach do Barcelony. Możliwość skorzystania z łazienki. Spakowania się na miejscu. I nawet pomoc i uważność (bo jak sierota zapomniałem spakować przednie koło :))
Polecam więc to miejsce, a tą opinią odwdzięczam się za miłe przyjęcie i pomoc. :)

After a cycling trip from Zurich to Barcelona, a friend and I needed empty bike boxes for our return flight as well as some extra assistance.
Sebastian and his colleagues were extremely helpful, very friendly, and were able to provide the boxes immediately despite our short notice. Our problem was solved right away – highly recommended!

It has taken me rather a long time to put on a review, so my apologies Jordi and co. I rode out from UK to Barcelona via Mallorca on a tour. Obviously I was in Barcelona without my bike box, and it was agreed that Trek Barcelona Sud would pack it in a bike box with suitable protection for the flight back home. As I wanted to be part of the packing to be able to tell the airport security I packed it myself, I "helped" pack up the bike. I had a really enjoyable hour with the professional staff at this shop, and with all the packaging, work, complete protection and a strong cardboard box with a trek Barcelona Sud T-shirt thrown in for good measure, it cost me 45 Euros. I normally just buy a cardboard box and do it myself and probably worry there isn't much protection but I think this was 45 Euros very well spent, because the bike was in a box, ready to fly safely, one hour after I arrived at their shop, no faffing, I had two more days in Spain which I could enjoy, and was able to go straight to the airport without any worries at all! Highly recommended, and thank you. I wish I could have said the same for the baggage handlers, who lost my bike for two days on the return home, but all's well that ends well! Oh and it was good for Trek. because I browsed the bikes in the shop and I have bought an (admittedly secondhand) Trek Emonda since my return to the UK.
