My experiences at Trek Bicycle Albuquerque are consistently positive. Someone always addresses you inquiring if you need assistance and they direct you accordingly. The staff typically approach you a few minutes after they've directed you and ask if you have questions about anything (or not, if you are just looking). They are typically very good at checking back. Anyone I have spoken with over the years is friendly and informative. They also have great sales....I always find something that I want/need: helmet, electrolyte drink powder, gloves, arm/leg sleeves or warmers, etc. that I can't pass up at that price!

I brought a wheel there to be trued. One of the spokes busted, which is reasonable because it was a 12 year old wheel. The mechanic found a similar spoke that fit. Not only did they true my wheel, they installed new Stan's rim tape and inserted new sealant. I was only charged for the trueing of the wheel since it took two weeks for the repair which was understandable. These guys are great and get an A for service.

The staff was very helpful with recommending parts and not trying to push the service department on me. In addition to having everything I needed, they assisted with some bike purchase research and even chatted about good places to ride while I was in the area.

Excellent location and large storefront for properly testing out the bicycles. A great little kid section that my children and I were sold on immediately. The price of these bikes is steeper than the big box chain stores that happen to sell bikes but these are quality and more than worth the price. We bought two bikes and will absolutely be back to upgrade when the kids get bigger.
