When traveling on a cross-country trail- hopping bike trip, we visited the store twice: once to learn how to deal with little tire- flattening "goatheads" (these are plant seed pods native to the area, not critters), and once to deal with brake failure. Both times, the staff was friendly, helpful, and solved our problems. Thank you for helping us to get on our way.

We are on a road trip so not locals; the shop treated us extremely well recommending ways to clean our chains (after acquiring a LOT of red sand through Valley of the Gods) and gave us trail recommendations appropriate to our bikes, age, and interests. I love my local Trek store (and bike) and this just reaffirmed my brand loyalty.

I came into the ABQ shop to have my broken stock wheels replaced. They helped me find a new set of wheels that fit my needs and budget, and the service was quick too. Extra kudos to Alex for spending the extra time on multiple visits to answer all my bike and wheel questions! I've been to Trek ABQ on multiple occasions and I've always gotten great service.

This is a superb store! The repair staff are super smart and know all the things. They have a fast turnaround and attention to detail. We bought a bike here recently (pedal assist) and the service and education after purchase have been amazing. We will bring all our bikes here for maintenance. Their e-communication with you you when you have service done is handy and helpful. I highly recommend!
