I came into the ABQ shop to have my broken stock wheels replaced. They helped me find a new set of wheels that fit my needs and budget, and the service was quick too. Extra kudos to Alex for spending the extra time on multiple visits to answer all my bike and wheel questions! I've been to Trek ABQ on multiple occasions and I've always gotten great service.

All of the service people we worked with at Trek of Albuquerque were kind and incredibly knowledgeable. They didn’t try to upsell us and answered all of the questions we had regarding our new checkpoint, gravel bikes. Highly recommend this brand in the store.

This is a superb store! The repair staff are super smart and know all the things. They have a fast turnaround and attention to detail. We bought a bike here recently (pedal assist) and the service and education after purchase have been amazing. We will bring all our bikes here for maintenance. Their e-communication with you you when you have service done is handy and helpful. I highly recommend!

My experiences at Trek Bicycle Albuquerque are consistently positive. Someone always addresses you inquiring if you need assistance and they direct you accordingly. The staff typically approach you a few minutes after they've directed you and ask if you have questions about anything (or not, if you are just looking). They are typically very good at checking back. Anyone I have spoken with over the years is friendly and informative. They also have great sales....I always find something that I want/need: helmet, electrolyte drink powder, gloves, arm/leg sleeves or warmers, etc. that I can't pass up at that price!

I brought a wheel there to be trued. One of the spokes busted, which is reasonable because it was a 12 year old wheel. The mechanic found a similar spoke that fit. Not only did they true my wheel, they installed new Stan's rim tape and inserted new sealant. I was only charged for the trueing of the wheel since it took two weeks for the repair which was understandable. These guys are great and get an A for service.
