8 years agoI took my two girls (5 and 10). After we left my 10 year old said how nice the ladies were and how they were really gentle and my 5 year old chimed in and agreed. They talked to the kids in such a calm and caring way. Great feedback all ... Full ReviewI took my two girls (5 and 10). After we left my 10 year old said how nice the ladies were and how they were really gentle and my 5 year old chimed in and agreed. They talked to the kids in such a calm and caring way. Great feedback all around, both of the hygienists and Dr. Were incredible.

8 years agoI am so glad I found this place. The hygienist was wonderful and the dentist was amazing. After I told him I was nervous about the dentist he made sure to walk through everything with me and make me comfortable. I definitely recommend them.I am so glad I found this place. The hygienist was wonderful and the dentist was amazing. After I told him I was nervous about the dentist he made sure to walk through everything with me and make me comfortable. Dr. Tan took time to chat a bit so that I could relax. He was so personable and kind that I did relax. Dr. Tan has certainly learned that his patient is a person first and a patient second. He did a great job - I had no pain at all - although it depends on what needs to be done, of course. You will enjoy his office and his staff is excellent.

8 years agoGreat Staff ..Truly great dentists..no complaints .I just have an issue with the 2 day cancellation rule. Lets just say for example you woke up with a cold or flu , or a family emergency , or you were called into work the day of your app ... Full ReviewGreat Staff ..Truly great dentists..no complaints .I just have an issue with the 2 day cancellation rule. Lets just say for example you woke up with a cold or flu , or a family emergency , or you were called into work the day of your appt. Some things in life you just cant foresee even one day in advance. I think if you were to call first thing when office opens on the day of your appt or left a message the night before, that would be sufficient. Does anyone really know what the next 48 hours might bring? Im sure with a large enough clientele the appt could be filled easily. I could understand if a certain patient cancelled on a regular basis but I do believe most people would be courteous enough to cancel an appt if they had good reason. Sometimes even 12 hours isn't enough time.

The office itself is comfortable and in a good location. I was very impressed with the amount of care the hygienists and Dr.Tan take to make you feel comfortable, including talking you through the procedure. I highly recommend this place!

They really showed how much they care about my care and I didnt feel rushed.The staff here are very nice and really listened to my thoughts and concerns.
