I had an external root resorption on a tooth and was referred to Dr. Brancheau's office. My dentist said Dr. Brancheau was outstanding and I can now agree. I secured an appointment right away and knew immediately I was in good hands. The extraction of the damaged tooth, the implant, and an unrelated gum graft all were done carefully and with great skill. The healing went quickly and with very little discomfort. I'll get a crown on the new implant next week. If I need more work done in the future, I will not hesitate to go back to Lynnwood Periodontics & Implants. Highly recommended.

Dr. Brancheau made the entire bone graft process as easy and pain-free as possible. I had no problems after the procedure and would highly recommend him. The entire staff, including Dr. Brancheau, are wonderful, kind, welcoming, and truly caring. I even enjoy walking into the office and being greeted by Christi’s smiling face, which says a lot for someone who usually dreads dental work, let alone a bone graft that initially seemed so intimidating. Thanks to their excellent care, I would feel completely comfortable having him do it again if needed.

Dr Brancheau and his team at Lynnwood Periodontics were wonderful. I was very nervous about having (2) gum grafting surgeries done, so I procrastinated for a yr! Both surgeries were painless. The recovery time was minimal and the minor discomfort was managed with over the counter pain meds. My tooth sensitivity is gone and my smile has improved. I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again if needed. Thank you Dr Brancheau and Lynwood Periodontics.

Being an apprehensive patient, I was nervous about the implant procedure. Dr. Brancheau and his staff explained the process and assured me that there would be minimal discomfort. That was an understatement! I experienced no pain or discomfort, and the recovery time was very short. Dr. Brancheau fixed an issue with receding gums. A small outpatient gum graft and I was up and running in two days. My gums are much better off. Great office, great staff, and the massage seats are a nice touch!

Great place! Dr. Brancheau did a gum procedure a few months ago and everything turned out good. My teeth are better covered which will hopefully make them last longer. The pain afterwards was managable and they prepared me well. I even went back to have the other side done today. The team is pleasant and the office is clean. Dr. Brancheau is well trained and skilled along with his staff. I would recommend this place to anyone needing advanced dental care such as gum procedurs or implants. Thanks guys!

Everyone was really nice. Doc was a pro. Results are exceptional. Detractor: almost had a panic attack and vomiting during procedure. That would have been a disaster considering the procedure. I think gas would have helped but wasn’t available or not offered at least.

I was so well taken care of here! I had a dental emergency and was actually given an earlier appointment when one became available They cared enough to fit me in even though I was a new patient. They walk you through each step and make sure you are comfortable and pain free. The chairs are massage chairs! Dr.Brancheau is knowledgeable, professional, patient - he will take as much time as needed to fully answer any questions. I feel so fortunate to have had my dental work done here. Lynnwood Periodontics & Implants is the ideal and I can't imagine using anyone else.

After shopping around getting three quotes from other periodontists for gum surgery, I had done my research and interviewed my fair share of offices. Dr. Brancheau by far stands out, (not just because he has the best front office team EVER!) but because of his knowledgeable and pinpointed approach to work with you. He prioritizes the work that needs to be done the most first and carefully selects a plan that works best for you and your situation in a way that gets you everything you needed without being forced into a one-size-fits-all spend thousands of dollars takes years to finish kind of treatment plan- like the others. I needed gum graft surgery on the majority of my teeth and was shocked when I found out this procedure is not covered by insurance. Dr. Brancheau worked with me to get it done in just a few visits at a price I could actually afford. If the quote you received from another office was astronomical, (who has 16k lying around!?) come here and get a second opinion from Dr. Brancheau and his staff. I am forever grateful that I did! The staff will take care of you, and you'll love the results. Your wallet will too! I feel so grateful to have found this place! Amazing people. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great periodontist.

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways...! Meeting Dr. Brancheau has had a very positive overall effect on my life. Prior to undergoing treatment for my gum recession with Dr. Brancheau, I had not rc'vd any dental treatment for over 7 years due to an unpleasant experience with a dentist in Seattle. The resounding success of my gum graft procedure allayed my fears of dental work & set me firmly on course to promptly address my numerous other dental issues by referring me to an equally excellent general dentist & endodontist. The dental assistants are both knowledgeable and personable, and I truly look forward to catching up with the front office staff during my visits. I am a patient of Dr. Brancheau for a multi-step procedure that involves extraction, monitoring bone growth, a bone graft, and allowing proper healing before moving forward with an implant. From the minute I came in the office I was greeted with pleasant smiles and given all the information I needed to decide to go ahead with the procedure. Dr. Brian is the best oral surgeon and you can be comfortable knowing that you are going to be in good hands no matter how serious or minor the procedure. I was nervous about getting my tooth out but I had a wonderful experience with dr. Brian and couldn’t have asked for a better oral surgeon.
