Chose to buy a Trek Domane so went to the store to enquire. Was met by a familiar face in Chris who was nothing but helpful in assisting me to make my decision. Collected the bike a week later. Hadn’t been set up, but Chris wasted no time in sorting everything out and making sure everything was great. The whole process was excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

I went to Trek to replace my "irreparable" bike. It turns out that they have a very skilled mechanic who was able to repair it! I still decided to replace it. All the staff were endlessly patient as I went over all my options across several visits, first deciding on the bike and then on accessories for it. Trek's excellent service has left me with a terrific bike which I am greatly enjoying. I thoroughly recommend them!

Can’t speak highly enough of the team, had a very niche warranty claim, no other supplier would touch, they managed to approve the warranty and replace some pricey shoes. And then managed to sort an emergency chain snap, staying late and coming in early and to ensure I was out on the bike first thing Saturday. Great atmosphere, great team and great manager. Extremely good service from the friendly guys in here. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly not pushy and trying to get you to buy the next model up when you don’t need or so many accessories you end up spending twice as much as you wanted. I bought my bike on the cycle to work scheme and the whole process at the shop was very smooth. Will be getting all my bikes serviced here from now and will pop back for any extras I may need.

The guys that run this store are great.
Took my bike in for a shimano warranty repair (not even a trek bike). They dealt with everything no questions asked. And when the part was on back order they fitted a spare they had free of charge just so I could keep riding until my part arrived.
They just go the extra mile and all work I’ve had done on my bikes always comes back looking perfect just like you hope it would.
Honestly great bike shop, even though it’s run by one of the big brands.

At the Poole Trek store Matt who helped me choose the right bike and gear, and Tom and Alex who helped me get set up, were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I’m new to the world of biking and tried other shops in the area but found staff didn’t seem interested or take the time to explain things to me clearly. My new Checkpoint bike has been fantastic so far and I couldn’t recommend Trek bikes enough.
