Absolute legends! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Trek were fantastic today - helped me out in a time a major stress- turned up to local campsite ready for a big gravel ride tomorrow disaster struck! My brake hose failed - rang the shop and they were so accommodating all within the last hour of closing on a Friday - turned up and they sorted the problem straight away - fantastic and professional job by a wonderful mechanic - right in front of my eyes! that is such good service - big up to Trek Poole! I would thoroughly recommend them!

Thank you guys at Trek Poole…I have recently bought a new electric bike and came away on holiday to Dorset, first ride out and the inevitable happened, flat tyre, miles from anywhere. I pushed the bike to the nearest local bike shop (3 miles from my location) who told me they could book me in Thursday….this was Monday thanks very much !!!
I rang Trek in Poole and they told me to bring it down, they got me back on the road at a reasonable price all within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the tyre was defective I later found out as I end back at Trek later the same day with another flat tyre.
Ben was amazing in spending time identifying the issues with the defective tyre that kept puncturing the tube when I went over a little of uneven ground. Once he had identified the issues he then spent time making a temporary fit so I could ride my 14 miles back.
I cannot thank the team at Trek for all their help and assistance, specially Ben who went the extra miles to help me at a time need. Thank you gents your absolute stars

Wonderful service provided. The staff were polite and super efficient. Ben helped me out in between servicing other bikes to repair the headset on my bike. Extremely happy, I will be returning every time my bike needs repairs and servicing.

Chose to buy a Trek Domane so went to the store to enquire. Was met by a familiar face in Chris who was nothing but helpful in assisting me to make my decision. Collected the bike a week later. I went to Trek to replace my "irreparable" bike. It turns out that they have a very skilled mechanic who was able to repair it! I still decided to replace it. All the staff were endlessly patient as I went over all my options across several visits, first deciding on the bike and then on accessories for it. Trek's excellent service has left me with a terrific bike which I am greatly enjoying. I thoroughly recommend them!
