I’m new to the world of biking and tried other shops in the area but found staff didn’t seem interested or take the time to explain things to me clearly. My new Checkpoint bike has been fantastic so far and I couldn’t recommend Trek bikes enough.

Fab service from start to finish. Have a bike that I absolutely love. Took it on is first trip on Saturday and the gears were slightly out of line so on the way home I popped in to trek and they sorted it there and then with no fuss. I judge company's on there aftercare, and this was A for me.
