Two snapped bottle cage bolts stuck in my frame were resolved with skill and precision. I'm extremely grateful to the team at Trek Poole for helping resolve this issue the day before I had a long endurance ride to take part in. Special thanks to Alex for allowing me to bring my bike in for an emergency assessment, Matt for booking my bike in the following day on the off chance they could fit in a delicate job and Piers for resolving the issue and carrying out the work. I was very happy and relieved!

I came in to get some new tires and pick up a saddle I’d ordered. I’m a complete novice so asked them to change the tyres and saddle over for me which they kindly agreed to do there and then. On top of that Tom gave me a lesson on how to change tyres so I could do it myself next time. They spent a lot of time doing various things for me and didn’t add any extra labour charge as I ended up picking up a few different things. Very friendly guys and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend trek Poole to anyone. I would not use any other bike shop as I get a friendly and fast service every time!

I went into TREK for the first time last week to take my bike in for an inspection/service and to replace a few parts.
The inspection report was very easy to understand, so I knew exactly what was needed and what will be needed in the future.
Very fast turn around of the service, just a couple of days and my bike was ready, no premium charges, the parts they provided were cheaper than I could find myself online.

I dealt with Matt, who works at the Trek showroom in Poole. I am of short build & was looking for a 625w Trek ebike in a small size. Trek at Poole is close to where I live but unfortunately they didn't have the particular bike I was looking for in a small size. In fact, at the moment there seems to be a lack in availability of many ebikes from most of the quality manufacturers. However, I found Matt to be very helpful. Trek have a national network of showrooms in the UK & Matt was able to locate an ebike in a small size matching my requirements. It was the only one available in the UK & it was in Manchester, but this didn't pose a problem because Matt arranged for the bike to be transferred down to the Poole shop so that I could take a look & try it out for sizing.
After a short test ride, I decided the Rail 5 625w was the bike for me & bought it. I took advantage of using their 0% 2year finance option.
This is the first Trek bike that I've purchased. I find the quality of the components to be superior to that of my previous two ebikes, although having said that they were much cheaper to buy than the Trek!
I found Matt to be very helpful & knowledgeable in helping me choose the right bike that fitted my requirements. He always responded to my emails & calls promptly too!
All in all, very pleased with my new Trek bike & in the service I received from the Poole store.

Got a great Trek Émonda SL 6, my first ever electronic shifting bike. Great sales and after service experience from Tom and team in the new Trek store in Poole.
Seat post was too short for me, they swapped it out a few days later for a 4cm longer post.
I would recommend you pay them a visit for all your bike needs.
