Great looking shop with fantastic Trek bikes, but not enough components and prices are high, Decathlon Redlands still by far the best range and prices in Poole.

Poor on this occasion. Usually 5* service, why I opted to get bike serviced here instead of the usual place after discussing in depth over a puncture repair what would be required, back tire is worn, gears probably need a look over, nothing major. At no time did the well trained cashier inform me that there would be any issues with the day I brought it in. Of course, 2 weeks later I take it in the week they've messed up and let to many people go on holiday so workshop is closed for the week. Being a shift worker who only has his bike for transport my hours are all over the place and with me away for two weeks myself after this one, could be a month or two until I can get it sorted now. Understand holidays are inevitable but store needs to either ensure there's enough cover or notices are up well in advance to minimise impact to customers. Still a great shop with well versed staff and will be back, but marked down by latest experience.

These guys are not great in terms of their bike mechanics. They incorrectly fitted some Hope brakes, and didn't index gears or fit ebike remote properly. Lazy and not the best in terms of mechanical skills. Don't expect much in that department, but they are very good at selling you bikes.

I was very disappointed today. I popped in to purchase a new cycle helmet and was very prepared to pay upwards of £250 for quality head protection also a cycle camera. But after standing at the counter awaiting the gentleman who came over and went onto the computer to finish his assumed small task. He proceeded to talk to another colleague about trivial matters. I therefore left as I was not greeted in any matter. I will not be returning and will use cycle paths recently opened approximately 200 away. I can only assume they have an overflow of customers and have no intention of

Quite possibly the worst CX ever! Looking to purchase two bikes left looking elsewhere, the attitude was bordering on aggressive. A shame as there was a lot of promotional activity to get people to the store this weekend and the brand has now been tarnished for me.

We could not recommend Trek Poole. The team were expecting us last Saturday to collect our bikes. They were not ready when we got there. We were about to leave the shop with unsafe bikes. Final checks were not done including left with lights and chain not adjusted and working correctly. Overall left the shop with 2 unsafe bikes. The Trek team tried to explain the situations away. However even with their checks before we left we left with 2 bikes that had lights not connected correctly and chains not adjusting as they should be. Overall this has not been good experience buying 2 bikes at such cost should ever be. We have had to return to have them both adjusted within 1 week of getting them. Update 6th June: reading through the Trek teams response, their maybe another customer situation they are referencing. None of what is shared relates to the situation we had.

Me & my partner was pretty excited to hear about a new bike shop opening up, we went into the shop on Saturday lunch time as she wanted to buy her first MTB & after looking online she had an idea of what she wanted. My partner is a little bit sceptical of going into bike shops, as being female she often feels she will be ignored or not given the time by the staff. We was hopeful of a new store that this wouldn’t happen. However, after being in the shop for over 20 minutes not one person came over to see us, great us or offer us any assistants. There was plenty of staff on the floor, many of them walked past us, either to serve coffee or have a chat to each other. We decided not to wait any longer & to leave, which was frustrating to her & myself that no one had spoken to us. My partner felt there was a limited selection of women’s bikes & not many smaller frame sizes on the shop floor either. We still ended up buying a bike that day but had to ordered it from an online retailer, which we felt was a shame, as we couldn’t buy it in person & now have to wait for delivery.
