Their customer service is brilliant, far better than the third party bike store I purchased previous bikes from in Norwich. Staff is very knowledgeable about various bikes, and are very keen to give recommendations and advice. I have been looked after with shop assistant Tom, who is very knowledgeable about all bikes. He made me to feel very special as a customer and looked after me well. Louis has been so kind, he made me a lovely and high quality coffee inside of their bike shop. The shop is fantastic and has a great choice for various high quality bikes and accessories. They are also doing various finance options and Blue Light discount. Everything is fantastic !!!!!!!!
