This shop is excellent !!! I highly recommend to purchase your bike here. Bikes are beatiful and high quality. Excellent, attentive and caring Customer Service. Staff is very knowledgeable about various bikes, and are very keen to give recommendations and advice. I have been looked after with shop assistant Tom, who is very knowledgeable about all bikes. He made me to feel very special as a customer and looked after me well. Louis has been so kind, he made me a lovely and high quality coffee inside of their bike shop. The shop is fantastic and has a great choice for various high quality bikes and accessories. They are also doing various finance options and Blue Light discount. Everything is fantastic !!!!!!!! You must visit, you will not regret !!!!!

Staff is super helpful and friendly. They helped us select the right bike for our son and then went extra mile and let us stay after closing hours so we could buy a bike and they could complete safety checks. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Trek is a well-known brand, with quality bikes for riders from beginners to high professional competitors. With a price range that can suit your needs. However, what I like the most, is the exceptional customer service! 5 Stars ! For almost a year, I have been planning to return to cycling, especially now that I work from home. I did an extensive search online to see which model and brand should I buy. However, since I was a kid, growing up abroad, I had this dream to have a good brand bike, and Trek had an authorized dealer in my town, but unfortunately, my parents could not afford to give me one. So, I thought that was the time... I started to check the Trek website and found the bike I wanted. But there was not in stock, so around two months ago, I decided to go to the nearest store, which was in Bath, about 2 hours away from where I live, to see if they had a similar model and colour, they didn't, but at least I saw the colour I wanted. On that occasion, the staff member so nice and helpful told me a new store was going to open in Poole. Which for me is about 20min away from home! Due to the friendly service received in Bath, I decided, instead of buying from an authorized dealer, to wait for the new store to open. On the opening day, I was there and again was amazed by the outstanding customer service received, from the moment I stepped in till I left! As soon as the doors opened, Adam, who was very friendly, helpful and responsible for managing all the UK stores, welcomed me with an exciting and warm greeting. He offered me a coffee and a Krispy Kreme Donuts, soon after, he gave me a tour of the store, and show me all the different kinds of models they offered, including the new electric bikes. I was looking for a Marlin 5 in a specific colour and size, which currently is out of stock anywhere in the UK, but for my luck, they had one in store! He called Mike, to assist me with any questions I had. He was very friendly and knowledgeable I told him I was not sure if the size I wanted was the right one for me. Straight away he offered me to go out for a spin, in the cycling track across the store to a test ride! I never had that offered to me before and something you will might not get by buying online! Once back I was happy with the bike and ready to purchase! Mike was explaining to me all about the bike and its components he also asked me if I would need any additional items for my bike and kindly show me what they had in store. I ended up buying a helmet, lights and another few items for the bike, but what I really like, was the fact that he was not pushy or trying to sell anything. It looked like I was with a friend inside the store, giving his honest opinion and advice to my questions. Loui was on the till and with the assistance of Ian, I completed my purchase. Throughout my time in the store, despite being with other customers, Adam and the team was checking with me if everything was ok and if I need any further assistance. Last Saturday, I returned to the store to see if there was a possibility to cut a few centimetres from the seat post, and to my surprised, despite the store being busy with customers, Adam was there and took the time to come and say hello to me! They accommodate my request and once again an exceptional service received from the whole team including the technician who helped me. I have to say it was so worth waiting for the store to open so I could buy my bike, as I am certainly that I would not have got the same treatment and service received at Trek UK Poole in another place. Adam, congratulations & well done to you and your team for the excellent service and atmosphere you provided not only to me but to other customers as well. I am happy with my purchased and I will recommend you guys to everyone I know! I wish you, the team and the Poole store every success!

After some shocking after sales service from the shop I bought my bike from I contacted Trek in Poole. Even though I hadn't bought the bike from them and it was a rival manufacturer's bike they couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Really nice store and really friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this store based on my initial experience with them. Much better than a certain other ebike stockist in the area and I'll definitely consider them for any future purchases and services I'm unable to do myself.

Who doesn’t love a brand new bike store opening up… today!! So spacious, feels like a store you would find in the US. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. My son went a short demo ride to try a MTB, how cool is that! We will be back for sure.. oh and they are open 7 days a week and have lots of parking!!!

Great looking shop with fantastic Trek bikes, but not enough components and prices are high, Decathlon Redlands still by far the best range and prices in Poole.

Poor on this occasion. Usually 5* service, why I opted to get bike serviced here instead of the usual place after discussing in depth over a puncture repair what would be required, back tire is worn, gears probably need a look over, nothing major. At no time did the well trained cashier inform me that there would be any issues with the day I brought it in. Of course, 2 weeks later I take it in the week they've messed up and let to many people go on holiday so workshop is closed for the week. Being a shift worker who only has his bike for transport my hours are all over the place and with me away for two weeks myself after this one, could be a month or two until I can get it sorted now. Understand holidays are inevitable but store needs to either ensure there's enough cover or notices are up well in advance to minimise impact to customers. Still a great shop with well versed staff and will be back, but marked down by latest experience.

These guys are not great in terms of their bike mechanics. They incorrectly fitted some Hope brakes, and didn't index gears or fit ebike remote properly. Lazy and not the best in terms of mechanical skills. Don't expect much in that department, but they are very good at selling you bikes.

I was very disappointed today. I popped in to purchase a new cycle helmet and was very prepared to pay upwards of £250 for quality head protection also a cycle camera. But after standing at the counter awaiting the gentleman who came over and went onto the computer to finish his assumed small task. He proceeded to talk to another colleague about trivial matters. I therefore left as I was not greeted in any matter. I will not be returning and will use cycle paths recently opened approximately 200 away. I can only assume they have an overflow of customers and have no intention of

Quite possibly the worst CX ever! Looking to purchase two bikes left looking elsewhere, the attitude was bordering on aggressive. A shame as there was a lot of promotional activity to get people to the store this weekend and the brand has now been tarnished for me.

We could not recommend Trek Poole. The team were expecting us last Saturday to collect our bikes. They were not ready when we got there. We were about to leave the shop with unsafe bikes. Final checks were not done including left with lights and chain not adjusted and working correctly. Overall left the shop with 2 unsafe bikes. The Trek team tried to explain the situations away. However even with their checks before we left we left with 2 bikes that had lights not connected correctly and chains not adjusting as they should be. Overall this has not been good experience buying 2 bikes at such cost should ever be. We have had to return to have them both adjusted within 1 week of getting them. Update 6th June: reading through the Trek teams response, their maybe another customer situation they are referencing. None of what is shared relates to the situation we had.

Me & my partner was pretty excited to hear about a new bike shop opening up, we went into the shop on Saturday lunch time as she wanted to buy her first MTB & after looking online she had an idea of what she wanted. My partner is a little bit sceptical of going into bike shops, as being female she often feels she will be ignored or not given the time by the staff. We was hopeful of a new store that this wouldn’t happen. However, after being in the shop for over 20 minutes not one person came over to see us, great us or offer us any assistants. There was plenty of staff on the floor, many of them walked past us, either to serve coffee or have a chat to each other. We decided not to wait any longer & to leave, which was frustrating to her & myself that no one had spoken to us. My partner felt there was a limited selection of women’s bikes & not many smaller frame sizes on the shop floor either. We still ended up buying a bike that day but had to ordered it from an online retailer, which we felt was a shame, as we couldn’t buy it in person & now have to wait for delivery.
