I haven’t purchased a bike from here, I have however used the shop to test ride a couple of bikes for free, the process was easy and I didn’t feel pressured in to buying anything. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
When I did end up buying a bike (not a Trek) I was struggling to seat my tubeless tyres, they didn’t have the pump I needed in stock but they told me to bring them in and they inflated the tyres and seated the bead using their compressor. I can’t fault this shop, and when I’m due my next bike I will definitely consider purchasing from here!

Just want to thank you for sorting my bike out, took a gamble on a second hand hike fully carbon which is a good spec but had a few things wrong.
Matt Spencer was absolutely amazing from start to finish with me, he understood that I couldn’t plow another £400 in on parts and labour so helped me get the cost down, identified areas which NEEDED fixing rather than COULD be fixed, he articulates everything very well, even myself I know a fair bit about bikes but certain issues such as bottom brackets on carbon bikes I was a little out of touch with.
I have now got a brand spanking bike at a really good price knowing that the work carried out has been of high quality.

Just visited Trek Poole to see if they could help with a key broken off in the battery lock of my Powerfly. Alex took the lock apart, extracted the broken key end, reassembled everything and charged me nothing! Friendly, professional, great service.

Hi, regarding Trek Poole, i just wanted to thank the team for excellent customer service. Best visit i've ever had at a bike shop. They listened to my dilemma with a shimano xt cassette that had mechanically failed. Helped sort a warranty claim, provided an immediate fix (although i had to pay for this until claim gone through) and also kindly fitted a new upgrade shock to my bike. They even made me a coffe while i waited. Thanks Trek Poole (Matt, Alex and Tom). Going the exta mile and some, it really is appreciated. Also great experience previously with full service 1 year ago.
