I live in Yeovil and recently bought a Trek Rail e bike from Evans cycles. Yeovil. I got zero customer service from them. Literally no information about charging the bike or any set up at all. Handed a carrier bog with charger in.Even the tyre pressures where below 10psi and told it was good to ride. The suspension pressure wh
ere all under also. I contacted Trek in Poole and told them my situation. They were fantastic. I took my bike over to them and they went through everything I should know as if I had just bought it then and there. They checked it over and corrected my shock pressures to my actual weight. I can't praise the guys enough. Friendly and informative my dog even got a treat. I shall always be using Trek Poole in the future. Awesome

Once again the team at Trek Poole came up trumps for me. I had a problem with a wobbly gear selector on my Trek Powerfly 7. I phoned up to make an appointment and was invited in by Alex. Three hours later back home problem sorted. Super efficient people who know what they are doing. I take all my bikes there now.

I've been trying to find a saddle that suits my riding style, for quite some time. I've bought a few saddles from all kinds of different places, only to find discomfort and not a perfect control feel.
I want a saddle to be comfortable on 25 mile rides, rotate under me around tight handling corners, and hookup well to control wheelies (for a bit of fun)
Popped into Trek poole, the staff said "have a sit on this pressure point 'sit bone' width checker" (I didn't know it existed)
From this 140 to 145mm we could workout a couple of possible candidates. I've tried the 165mm for around two weeks now, hmmm........ maybe the 185mm will give better comfort, but still with the control.
Trek have a fantastic 30 day 'ride it and love it, or we'll take it back' on their Bontrager saddles. So today I tried the 185mm width, absolutely spot on......perfect. Really good to be able to do this. Thank you Trek Poole.
