I've been trying to find a saddle that suits my riding style, for quite some time. I've bought a few saddles from all kinds of different places, only to find discomfort and not a perfect control feel.
I want a saddle to be comfortable on 25 mile rides, rotate under me around tight handling corners, and hookup well to control wheelies (for a bit of fun)
Popped into Trek poole, the staff said "have a sit on this pressure point 'sit bone' width checker" (I didn't know it existed)
From this 140 to 145mm we could workout a couple of possible candidates. I've tried the 165mm for around two weeks now, hmmm........ maybe the 185mm will give better comfort, but still with the control.
Trek have a fantastic 30 day 'ride it and love it, or we'll take it back' on their Bontrager saddles. So today I tried the 185mm width, absolutely spot on......perfect. Really good to be able to do this. Thank you Trek Poole.

What a great place I traveled 85 miles to take a look at the new trek madone slr9 and to get some bits for the boys bikes and was greeted by some friendly staff even though they were having 3 different rides outs that morning. but nothing was too much effort for them I will definitely be taking a trip back there hopefully next to get to go out on one off there ride outs.

This bike shop is brilliant. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I accidently bought the wrong colour bottle cage for my partner so I emailed Trek and they sorted it out straight away. Mine and my partners bikes are great apart from there's not much grip on the tyres. I do recommend it though

I recently bought a bike from this Trek store (which I love) and I have to say that I think the buying experience was just about as good as you can get. They have a really supportive team who are also knowledgable and happy to answer the many questions that I had about the specs of my bike etc. If you're considering a new bike and in the area, I'd definitely recommend popping by for a chat.
It's worth mentioning that they also do general servicing of bikes and whilst I don't currently have experience of using this service, I've been so impressed that I may even take my Canyon in for it's yearly MOT (even though that sounds like sacrilege).

Very professional and very helpful staff. I have owned Trek bikes for over 30 years now, do I need to say anymore? They are so well built and awesome to ride. Our newest addition being the Domane on which we have been clocking up many medals on Strava. Already looking forward to better weather so we can ride them every time we go out.
