I needed an out front mount for my 2018 trek madone. I had ordered the part from wiggle, but when it arrived it didn’t fit (the angle of fitting on the bars has changed in more recent models). I went to trek in Poole and the guys in there sorted the problem out with the right part within 5 minutes. Great shop!

They always do a great job, are flexible, and give us handy tips and advice. We mostly deal with Piers who is always happy and good fun to chat to, the whole team at this branch are brilliant too. I bought my Dual Sport from Trek Poole, all the staff were fantastic, very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, Alex P took the time to listen and offer advice to my individual requirements, with multiple bikes offered for trial rides, before making my decision, and when it came to collect my new bike, all information and advice was clear, with great follow up free services available for my bike,. The huge shop has a massive range of great bikes and accessories, and fantastic staff who I highly recommend Trek Poole for anyone looking to buy a new bike.

Spoke to Alex on Sat 15/04 in the morning about a potential gear adjustment. Advised me to pop in for 13:00 same day to have a look. Checked over it advised that it was a chain issue and gear cable and showed me the issues. Great knowledge and understanding and willing to explain the issues. Sorted within the hr. Even checked and adjusted my brakes as was out. Great price and excellent service.

I bought my Powerfly 7 eMTB recently from Trek in Poole because I was impressed with the knowledge and general level of enthusiasm for cycling that the team there clearly have. A year or two ago Trek held an event following Covid Lockdown where they invited people in to the store and demonstrated how to service and self-maintain bikes, putting on free drinks and snacks and generally being really helpful. There was no push to buy anything during this event, it was simply done to help spread knowledge and be helpful. From that moment I felt my next bike would come from them.

This is a great bike shop. They know what they are talking about and nothing is to much trouble. They sourced the bike I wanted from another of their stores. Shipped it down to Poole. Changed a few things for free and then boxed it up as I was taking it on a plane. Pierce is one of mechanics…A total legend and you have total confidence in his ability to make things happen. It’s worth going for a Trek bike just for the service they offer. Well done Trek bikes and thank you Piece for boxing my bike.
