I used PrepAgent for around 2 months before taking my Real Estate Licensing Exam and I passed on my first try! The practice exams were the most help. I followed the recommendation of the website and took each practice exam until I reached 80% for that particular category, then moved on to the next category. The questions of course cannot be identical to the State Licensing exam, but they really helped me learn the material so that I was prepared.

I had done the courses. Now I needed to pass my exam. Walked through the study guide program the team laid out and worked like a charm. I even found myself using the wild acronyms Joe uses during the exam. They spoke my language and prepared me to pass the exam, first time!

I wish I learned about Prep Agent prior to taking my exam the first time because if so I would have definitely passed the first time. But, I will say I passed after applying all of the information I learned from Prep Agent. I didn’t even spend more than an hour reviewing text book material. Everything I understood better was all thanks to the YouTube videos. Thank you Prep Agent team, your strategies of keeping it simple and concise got me officially licensed! I purchased prep agent in February and started using it back then... but wasn’t super consistent; however, I found out last Thursday that my exam date was Tuesday(yesterday) and I truly believe the ONLY reason I past my exam is because for 4 days, I literally took prep agent with me everywhere and took the practice tests every chance I could.
