The material and different forms of presentaion make it so easy to grasp and understaond. I looked forward to studying and listening to the audio and video. I practiced the tests multiple times and that helped me pass my National and State smoothly. Prep Agent is great! Don't hesitate to enrol.

I think a large part of my success was thanks to the PrepAgent videos on their YouTube channel. Watching the videos helped me a lot when it came to understand concepts. It also gave me an alternative to just reading, I would recommend them if you are preparing for your exams.

4 years agoThe PrepAgent questions were styled just like the Georgia state exam questions!! A friend highly recommended this before I take the state test. Glad I took his advice! I passed first try! See MoreJust passed the state exam from the first try, honestly maybe 20% of the questions that I had on the state exam were similar to ones on the prep exams, most of the questions that I had were asked in the totally different way from what I expected or got used to it by doing so many prep exams in the last couple of days and i needed to adjust myself, which wouldn’t be possible if I didn’t watch Joe’s videos, webinars which helped me to really understand the bottom line in a really simple way. Thanks guys!

See MoreI bought the prep agent course on May 26, 2020 and it has been very helpful. I took a full week or so off from work to devote my time and efforts to studying and taking the practice exams so I would feel comfortable in scheduling the real estate exam. July 14, 2020 I took my real estate exam and passed both national and state portions. The material on prep agent is superb. If you are looking for a good source to study and practice, I recommend prep agent. Also the Youtube videos that Joe puts out are wonderful. I was able to listen to those while at work. See MoreI want to start by saying I took my prelicensing course through Real Estate Express and quickly realized that just reading through material and taking short, easy quizzes over the material was not helping me learn. When I was done with my 90 hours, I knew there was no way I would pass either exam if I took them without pursuing some other avenue of learning the material. I stumbled upon PrepAgent on YouTube and watched a few videos and things started to click. I didn't want to spend more money on the online course content, but I felt like I needed to in order to pass, so I did. I spent hours in the course taking practice exams and watching Joe's videos and I did that for a few weeks. I passed both exams first try! I'm not going to lie, the exams were very difficult in my opinion, and the practice exams are much easier than the actual exams, but they without a doubt help you with the fundamental understanding of the concepts which is what you need. I highly recommend Prep Agent to anyone who is looking for a better way to understand the concepts and Joe does a great job utilizing memorization tools.

And I LOVE the tests with the instant feedback! Definitely worth the money as I would have been paying more than the cost of your services to have to retake the exam if I'd failed. I ordered your study guide once Covid hit as I was supposed to test in March and kept getting delayed time and time again. I found your exams easier to understand and finally got to take my Pa salesperson test on June 17th, was scheduled and delayed 7 times. However I passed the test first time thanks to you, God Bless you with your business, thanks again.

See MoreI echo what many have written but there is no way I pass this without the help of PrepAgent. I purchased the full package after seeing some youtube videos and found that the practice exams helped me stay sharp while waiting for testing to open up. They are broken into the same categories that Joe does the webinars on, so I would listen to the webinars on that same topic for a few days and then take the tests until I got satisfactory scores. Joe and Adrian's commitment to explaining everything and teaching you the concepts in the webinars were the most important ingredient in helping me pass the real estate test the first time. They truly are committed to teaching, committing, supporting, learning concepts, and encouraging you to pass the exam. Absolute best money I spent in preparing for my Real Estate opportunity and I would spend it 10X over again and I will continue to refer this to everyone either in RE or getting into it.
