It tremendously helped me to pass my the exam for my first license that when I needed to get the license in Texas, I knew I would definitely use again. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of taking a real estate license exam. Five star experience for sure.

It took me one year to complete with a full time job. Half way through my course I found Joe on YouTube and started off listening on YouTube only. Once I passed my course I was concerned that I wasn’t where I needed to be with passing the exam. Prior to scheduling my exam I finally purchased prepagent and studied religiously. I am blessed to say I passed the exam first try. Thank you for what you do and the lives you touch. I have no doubt that prepagent.com is one of the major reasons I passed my exam. I will forever see Joe as a celebrity and would get star struck if I ever meet him.

Although I feel the course is very general and it doesn’t ... See MoreI passed my CA Real Estate Exam on my first try! I just want to say THANK YOU PrepAgent!!! The way Joe teaches is great! It really helps you to remember the concepts for the test. Although I feel the course is very general and it doesn’t focus or gives a lot of information (in my case) of California State related questions, like environmental or specific state laws. I’m not a Youtube girl... I didn’t watch the webinars but I did watched the short videos, flash cards, studied the vocabulary and did the practice tests over and over again, all these things were enough to pass the test. Overall I think this course is worth it. I only studied like 2-3 weeks and passed the test on my first try! I will definitely recommend this course to anyone!

I then heard about the Prep Agent so I decided to give it a go. Best decision I've made. Not only all the contents and materials truly helped me understanding the fundamentals of real estate concepts but It also gave me the confidence to pass my California exam at my first attempt. I could have definitely not have done it without it. Thank you.
