Came home found prep agent and started my three month journey ... See MoreI wish I had found prep agent before signing up for a real estate class. I was two days into the class, had no idea what they were talking about and was totally stressed out. Came home found prep agent and started my three month journey with them. Loved the webinars! I passed the national and state exam on my first try. I couldn't have done it without them.

Since this is my second career people were joking and saying to me “they can’t teach an old dog new tricks” thankfully I proved them wrong. I highly recommend following the suggested test prep areas and review, review, review then take sample tests over and over in each area. Good luck you can pass as well!! David W

Credit goes to your videos and package I bought online from your site. I would recommend everyone go through whole vocabulary videos and sample practice question and do not stop practice until you score minimum 80 percentage. Eventually you will pass if you have clear your terminology by reading Joe whole content.

I did my schooling somewhere else first, but this was the best study! I will be attempting my TN license here soon as well, and possibly MS to follow.

5 years agoI just passed my exam for NH on my first try. Prep agent is a very comprehensive program. Videos, webinars, vocabulary, test questions. Loved the explanations especially if I got the question wrong. Very helpful.I just passed my exam for NH on my first try. Prep agent is a very comprehensive program. 5 years agoI passed my GA Real Estate exam on my first try!! I watched all the PrepAgent YouTube videos and signed up to the website. PrepAgent gave me everything I needed to pass my exam. Joe kept it concise and simple!!I passed my GA Real Estate exam on my first try!! I watched all the PrepAgent YouTube videos and signed up to the website. 5 years agoI purchased this study course 48 hours before my broker exam and I passed with flying colors...Joe's method sinks in and you "get it". 5 years agoAlright, I could not go on without leaving a review.I'm the type of guy who has always failed even easy tests,yet I studied for the CA real estate for about a month and half with the government official guide and went to take my test but ... See MoreAlright, I could not go on without leaving a review.I'm the type of guy who has always failed even easy tests,yet I studied for the CA real estate for about a month and half with the government official guide and went to take my test but failed..On the day I failed my exam the first time, I found PrepAgent and decided to invest in myself and sign up for the 1 month program.. All I did for the 3 weeks after my first failed attempt to my second test attempt was go one by one and do 3 (50 question) practice tests of each chapter on PrepAgent until I started remembering the answers.. I then went on 11/6/19 to take my test again being very confident this time because of PA but I failed again.. I came home and decided at 5PM to screw it and retake the exam again for the 3rd time the next morning on 11/6/19 so what I did was that I studied the 3 parts I got lowest on from 5PM to 11:30PM and then went and took the test again the next morning, the day of which I'm writing this
