5 years agoI purchased this study course 48 hours before my broker exam and I passed with flying colors...Joe's method sinks in and you "get it". See MoreAlright, I could not go on without leaving a review.I'm the type of guy who has always failed even easy tests,yet I studied for the CA real estate for about a month and half with the government official guide and went to take my test but failed..On the day I failed my exam the first time, I found PrepAgent and decided to invest in myself and sign up for the 1 month program.. All I did for the 3 weeks after my first failed attempt to my second test attempt was go one by one and do 3 (50 question) practice tests of each chapter on PrepAgent until I started remembering the answers.. I then went on 11/6/19 to take my test again being very confident this time because of PA but I failed again.. I came home and decided at 5PM to screw it and retake the exam again for the 3rd time the next morning on 11/6/19 so what I did was that I studied the 3 parts I got lowest on from 5PM to 11:30PM and then went and took the test again the next morning, the day of which I'm writing this

I decided to pay $$$ for a weekend crash course and still was prepared for my second test. I decided to order PrepAgent and it was exactly what I was looking for. The study materials were spot on with the vocabulary and e-book. I walked into the exam and it was if I were taking the master exam on your site. I was prepared and confidant. I am happy to say I passed. Thank you for all your hard work and assistance with the materials that prepared me for success.

A brother and sister whose father was a broker were there for the 3rd time and before the exam they were telling us how hard it is and no one can pass the first time.... Actually, had I relied on the school I went I would not be able to pass either. Prepagent made it much easier to understand what real estate is all about and be able to reason. Joe's voice was in my head about void, voidable, unenforceable, STUD, MARIA, etc. And they all were part of the exam. I call Adrian, Joe and Arthur AJA!!
