Finally passed my real estate exam !! Thank you Joe and Adrian for your awesome explanations !!

I went through an online course with somebody else and yes they were good. But understanding content and concepts is what I needed. Prepagent gave me what I needed to not only pass the state exam but kill it. I am now licensed in California!

I purchased another site and wasnt successful passing my test the first time around. I decided to pay $$$ for a weekend crash course and still was prepared for my second test. I decided to order PrepAgent and it was exactly what I was looking for. The study materials were spot on with the vocabulary and e-book. I walked into the exam and it was if I were taking the master exam on your site. I was prepared and confidant. I am happy to say I passed. Thank you for all your hard work and assistance with the materials that prepared me for success.

I literally can't say enough good things. His delivery is funny and egaging yet he still keeps it "concise & keeps it simple". This is a great way to fully grasp the concepts and terms on your exam and a lot of it is audio which I love!! Cuz I can listen to it as i drive. Great investment and he offers live webinars too!

Your free online videos saved me before the exam and I passed with flying colors. It solidified the information and I could hear your voice in my head. Also some great tips for when you get stuck with questions. Definitely used those strategies. Thank you!

I passed my exam in California. First attempt! A brother and sister whose father was a broker were there for the 3rd time and before the exam they were telling us how hard it is and no one can pass the first time.... Actually, had I relied on the school I went I would not be able to pass either. Prepagent made it much easier to understand what real estate is all about and be able to reason. Joe's voice was in my head about void, voidable, unenforceable, STUD, MARIA, etc. And they all were part of the exam. I call Adrian, Joe and Arthur AJA!!

Prep Agent helped me I passed!!!!! Applying for license ASAP.I recommend your program because it helped me to put all that information I studied together.The Questions in this program are verbatim to the test!!!!!!! 10STARS!!!!!!!!

PrepAgent is a must have! I signed up a few weeks ago and passed my state exam yesterday! Woo! Hoo! I'm not sure if I could have passed without PrepAgent. Maybe I could have, but it would have been a lot more painful and taken a much longer than it did. I couldn't take off work to take the real estate class in person. I had to sign up for an online Real Estate school. Just three hours and a few naps later, the online school that I signed up for felt like study torture!!! I wanted to tap out! I knew that was not going to work out for me. I did a little online research and found PrepAgent and I'm so glad I did! The resources they have available make it so much easier to learn and actually retain nineteen chapters of that foreign language...I mean Real Estate ;-) Don't get me wrong, it's not magic. You're not going to sign up for PrepAgent and miraculously learn everything you need to know to pass the state exam. You're going to have to put a lot of time and dedication into studying, but if you want the time you put in to count than PrepAgent is the way to go. Why waste your time trying to cut a steak with a plastic butter knife when there is a perfectly good steak knife sitting right in front of you. It's all about having the right tools! PrepAgent.com didn't just give me a learning tool. They gave me an entire toolbox of learning tools,which I loved! When it comes to learning, I need a variety of options or I'm off day dreaming about Jason Momoa in Aquaman...............Ha! Kidding....K, not kidding. I was bouncing all over their site. I'd take a 20 question quiz, watch a video, check out the flash cards, listen to some audio as I was making dinner,etc Again, I loved and appreciated having learning options! Thank you, PrepAgent for not putting me to sleep and giving me a variety of learning tools to pass the State Exam!! You have an amazing learning program!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Woo! Hoo! I'm done! I'm done! I took my CA real estate exam yesterday and I passed on my first try. I put a lot of time into my preparation and mostly I used the PrepAgent website. A lot of the questions in the exam were identical to the questions on the Practice Exams of the website. This made the examination much much easier to handle. I will not hesitate to recommend PrepAgent to anyone who wants to take the real estate examination, the Practice Exams alone would get you more than half way to passing!!

I only found out about PrepAgent when I did a 2 day crash course in Santa Monica two weeks before my exam . I used the on line videos and purchased a course on line to study I took my exam in La Palma CA last week and passes first time . Actually watched one of the videos on line the morning of my exam I don’t think I would have passed without it sll

PrepAgent was the best decision I made, to help me understand and prepare for the state and national exam real estate exam. I am a kinesthetic learner. I have to see it, hear it and do it.
