The live recorded webinars with Joe & Adrian really helped me understand the concepts in everything lol. The practice exams were also very helpful as I kept taking them until I hit 80% in each section, to prepare myself for my actual exam! I highly recommend PrepAgent to anyone getting into real estate, you won't regret it!

5 years agoJoe is the absolute best! I cannot recommend the webinars and podcasts enough. I purchased another course but all it did was give me an overview of what I needed ... See MoreI went to Real Estate school several years ago but never got my license. I knew that I would have to take a refresher course in order to pass the test. I purchased another course but all it did was give me an overview of what I needed to study; total rip off!!! I found Prepagent on Youtube and immediately purchased the program. Within 3 weeks I was comfortable enough to take both exams and passed them both on the first try!!! That was last week and tomorrow I go in to begin working for a internationally known real estate company!!!! Thanks Joe!!! your hints and acronyms worked beyond my wildest dreams!!!

5 years agoUsed PrepAgent to pass the real estate exam in Maryland. The practice exams on various topics helped me pass my state exam the first time. I would definitely recommend PrepAgent to anyone. 5 years agoUsed other crash courses and other sources of study and were not too effective, I finally passed with PrepAgent. Very smooth and well through. I recommend this big time, I have memory lapses and this was really effective.Used other crash courses and other sources of study and were not too effective, I finally passed with PrepAgent. I first found the Joe throught the Prep agent study group on Face ... See MoreI really enjoyed Prep Agent program! I truly are very appreciative of Joe dedication to teaching his students but also to helping us on our career as a real estate agent. I first found the Joe throught the Prep agent study group on Facebook. The study group is a very supportive group and it is eye opener about the presistence and resistence that some of these individuals goes about getting their exams after muliple tries. I wish I would have found this group and Joe two years ago. Also, I would llke to acknowledge Adrian and Arthur for the support with the website and answering all my questions! I have bought the premium package and never look back. It is a great study programs, and I really enjoyed the practice exams, as well as all the webinars videos.
