PrepAgent is a must have! I signed up a few weeks ago and passed my state exam yesterday! Woo! Hoo! I'm not sure if I could have passed without PrepAgent. Maybe I could have, but it would have been a lot more painful and taken a much longer than it did. I couldn't take off work to take the real estate class in person. I had to sign up for an online Real Estate school. Just three hours and a few naps later, the online school that I signed up for felt like study torture!!! I wanted to tap out! I knew that was not going to work out for me. I did a little online research and found PrepAgent and I'm so glad I did! The resources they have available make it so much easier to learn and actually retain nineteen chapters of that foreign language...I mean Real Estate ;-) Don't get me wrong, it's not magic. You're not going to sign up for PrepAgent and miraculously learn everything you need to know to pass the state exam. You're going to have to put a lot of time and dedication into studying, but if you want the time you put in to count than PrepAgent is the way to go. Why waste your time trying to cut a steak with a plastic butter knife when there is a perfectly good steak knife sitting right in front of you. It's all about having the right tools! PrepAgent.com didn't just give me a learning tool. They gave me an entire toolbox of learning tools,which I loved! When it comes to learning, I need a variety of options or I'm off day dreaming about Jason Momoa in Aquaman...............Ha! Kidding....K, not kidding. I was bouncing all over their site. I'd take a 20 question quiz, watch a video, check out the flash cards, listen to some audio as I was making dinner,etc Again, I loved and appreciated having learning options! Thank you, PrepAgent for not putting me to sleep and giving me a variety of learning tools to pass the State Exam!! You have an amazing learning program!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Woo! Hoo! I'm done! I'm done! I took my CA real estate exam yesterday and I passed on my first try. I put a lot of time into my preparation and mostly I used the PrepAgent website. A lot of the questions in the exam were identical to the questions on the Practice Exams of the website. This made the examination much much easier to handle. I will not hesitate to recommend PrepAgent to anyone who wants to take the real estate examination, the Practice Exams alone would get you more than half way to passing!!

I only found out about PrepAgent when I did a 2 day crash course in Santa Monica two weeks before my exam . I used the on line videos and purchased a course on line to study I took my exam in La Palma CA last week and passes first time . Actually watched one of the videos on line the morning of my exam I don’t think I would have passed without it sll

PrepAgent was the best decision I made, to help me understand and prepare for the state and national exam real estate exam. I am a kinesthetic learner. I have to see it, hear it and do it. Which is exactly what PrepAgent offers. I learned more with PrepAgent than I did in the Real Estate course and had more interactive learning than the course. Thanks to PrepAgent I passed my Hawaii Real Estate exam! Their website is amazing! The live recorded webinars with Joe & Adrian really helped me understand the concepts in everything lol. The practice exams were also very helpful as I kept taking them until I hit 80% in each section, to prepare myself for my actual exam! I highly recommend PrepAgent to anyone getting into real estate, you won't regret it!

PrepAgent was a great tool that I used in conjunction with my book and a Cram Course and it was a big help. PrepAgent actually simplified a lot of the vocabulary words so that they’re easier to memorize. Great investment, and I passed both National and State on the first attempt.

Joe is the absolute best! I cannot recommend the webinars and podcasts enough. If it wasn't for his way of putting things so simply I wouldn't have passed on my first try.

I just passed my California Real Estate Salesperson exam yesterday!!! Thank you Joe and Prep-agent staff for the many helpful instructional videos you provide via YouTube in addition to tools available on your website.

I went to Real Estate school several years ago but never got my license. I knew that I would have to take a refresher course in order to pass the test. I purchased another course but all it did was give me an overview of what I needed to study; total rip off!!! I found Prepagent on Youtube and immediately purchased the program. Within 3 weeks I was comfortable enough to take both exams and passed them both on the first try!!! That was last week and tomorrow I go in to begin working for a internationally known real estate company!!!! Thanks Joe!!! your hints and acronyms worked beyond my wildest dreams!!!
