Used other crash courses and other sources of study and were not too effective, I finally passed with PrepAgent. Very smooth and well through. I recommend this big time, I have memory lapses and this was really effective.

I really enjoyed Prep Agent program! I truly are very appreciative of Joe dedication to teaching his students but also to helping us on our career as a real estate agent. I first found the Joe throught the Prep agent study group on Facebook. The study group is a very supportive group and it is eye opener about the presistence and resistence that some of these individuals goes about getting their exams after muliple tries. I wish I would have found this group and Joe two years ago. Also, I would llke to acknowledge Adrian and Arthur for the support with the website and answering all my questions! I have bought the premium package and never look back. It is a great study programs, and I really enjoyed the practice exams, as well as all the webinars videos.

Keeping it Simple... I had to tell myself that leading up to my test and during the test. I would sometimes over analyze a couple type of questions.

Seriously the best study material out there! The vocab and videos put everything into Laymans terms so I didn’t feel so overwhelmed!

My happy news today is... I passed my California real estate license exam!!! The actual passing credits go to Joe Prepagent materials. I listen to the audio, recorded webinar, sometimes Prep agent You tube videos.etc..., The main thing is Joe's way of teaching/explanation style is Superior..Because I'm from India and my mother tongue language is NOT English..so the Prepagent Joe's explanation easily understandable for everyone especially for me like people...The other thing is "If you study well and follows the instruction you'll pass"...and another side is If you not study You will not pass the Exam. My understanding is no luck 'or' magic. Work hard result will be fruitful.. Omg. Prepagent is an awesome tool to study and to pass your real estate exam guarantee. I failed my first time but felt discouraged but after finding out about PrepAgent things change and comprehend more and the most important you have fun watching the tutorials and practice exams. Recommend this to anyone. Pass my CT Salesperson Exam and Nationwide as well.
