I PASSED my California Real Estate Exam yesterday< I highly recommend Prep Agents materials for a successful smooth journey as you study and PASS your Real Estate Exam. No matter what state you are taking your exam in, his material creates a FULL understanding and solid GROUND work, for PASSING your exam. I have only ONE regret is that I did NOT join earlier, as I took my courses for Real Estate. I recommend that you join Prep Agent upon taking your first course, I waited until I finished the last course, I was watching all of his You Tube videos, and public webinars in the meanwhile. My Advice #1 JOIN NOW # 2 FOLLOW his instructions on HOW to study # 3 Listen in on at least one live webinar or more a week, this depended on my work schedule, and listen/watch the rest when you can. #4 Follow instructions on HOW to take the test, by making three columns of difficulty. This was key for me, going over all the questions I was NOT sure of, they are worded TRICKY! #5 VOCABULARY is KEY and UNDERSTANDING meaning of the actual word! FLASH CARDS saved me by using them on my breaks at work, and right before exam 15 min of flash cards. # 6 DO NOT RUSH through your TEST, take a break ever HOUR and drink water and breath, go back and continue. #7 Be Confident in yourself, even if you have to take it twice, it's OK. No one wants to, but some DO. I took my 1st test last week and RUSHED through it, hit submit, and received a 69%, I was very upset at myself, that I DID not REVIEW the questions is struggled on, because I felt confident. So, yesterday I was sure to PASS by taking my time, I listened to the 7/24 LIVE WEBINAR and GUESS what? everything that was discussed was on my exam. I struggled A LOT with understanding concept of Principal-Agent- Client- Customer..(The fiduciary relationship) If I DID not take the time to listen in at 10:00am my exam was at 1:00, I would have struggled more. Prep Agent is NOT expensive to join, I was having a few bad money months, and decided to just CHARGE IT! You get ALL the important Vital information you will NEED. Because of this, My RETURN will be $$$$, and satisfaction, FEELING accomplished overall! I moved from New York a few years ago struggling, after life happenings, and decided to study Real Estate, This decision I made WILL undoubtedly CHANGE my life for the better. Thank you Prep Agent for have the most SOLID information regarding helping Peeps like ME.. PASS their test. I studied for three months from my first class on 4/1/2019, and now have a REAL CAREER in REAL ESTATE. Please join the study groups as well!! and BELIEVE in YOU!

I don't write reviews often, but I feel indebted to Prep Agent for helping me pass both portions of my Texas real estate exam today on the first try! I don't think I would've with my course info alone. I don't think there was even anything on the national exam that wasn't covered in the prep book, practice tests, and audio/video lessons. Also, aside from passing the test, I actually *get* the concepts now because they're explained so clearly and with realistic examples, whereas before I was just memorizing. You are BRILLIANT, and I'm so grateful. I highly recommend everyone use PrepAgent and buy the study package (I got deluxe) if you feel lost with studying or are unsure what will actually be on the test. Thank you sooo much!
