5 years agoSo glad a classmate found your YouTube videos and turned me onto you! I passed my exams on the first go. I know this site, all the vocab and practice tests made the difference! See MoreI took my NH real estate exam for the first time in May earlier this year and after completing both the 40 hour accredited course and studying my tail off reading multiple bulky dry text books for national and state portions I failed my first time on both portions, discouraged I went home and didn't even know where to begin studying.....and then my girl friend found Joe's site and signed me up as a gift and here I am a little over a month later and I took the test again yesterday and passed both portions with FLYING COLORS!!!!!! Joe I cant thank you and your team enough for all your efforts for putting together such an amazing program to help people learn real estate and get them past the exam I cannot believe that I am now well underway to being a New Hampshire licensee thank you soo soooooo much for helping me achieve my dream and goal I am truly grateful for life.

Your videos and explanations made things so much simpler to understand, and the acronyms and tips really helped me out on the exam! I needed to change the way that I was studying. Definition of insanity is "Doing The Same Thing Over And Over Expecting A Different Result " I found PrepAgent on YouTube. I gave it a try and it worked! Every day I would work through the categories and listen to the Audio in my Truck. PrepAgent helped me Pass! The only thing that I would add to PrepAgent is weird interesting ways to remember key terms.------ Fore instance, Accretion = aCCretion has 2 C's = Addition of land Take Out Loan = Take out Lines at In & Out Are always LONG Codicil - Rhymes with WILL Estoppel- Has the word STOP in it Thank you PrepAgent !!!!

5 years agoI’ve been listening to the YouTube videos and just signed up for the membership. I love the way you break everything down in the simplest terms!
