See MoreAs someone who struggles with test taking all my life, I was very nervous to take and pass the state real estate salesperson exam. I had used several other prep companies to prepare for my exam. For some reason, none the other companies seemed to help. I found Prep Agent, and I cannot express how grateful I am I spent the mere money I would have bought on a meal out on their services. All of Joe's tips and tricks were the UPMOST helpful! I took his practice tests following watching all of the lesson videos and I was able to pass the exam on my first try! Looking back now, I am so thankful for Prep Agent and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to get their real estate license and helping them pass on the first try!

6 years agoI strictly used Prep agent as my way to study for my exam. From the vocab outlines to the webinars and everything in between, everything is fantastic. I chipped away at horribly presented drudgery and finally got to the final 2 prep tests. On the prep tests I got an 80% on state and would bounce between 76-78% on national. So I started to search the internet for a study tool. I found prep agent YouTube videos and the things that tripped me up were starting to click. I purchased the Deluxe prep agent study package which started to bring me confidence. Joe makes things simple with stories, history, background and clever memory techniques. I am so thankful. I passed on my 1st try with 92.5% on National (finally broke the 78% barrier) and 80% on state. Thank you Prep Agent!! Excellent work!!

The Prepagent program can get you focused mentally, emotionally and even physically from all of the jumping up and down you'll be doing after you pass your Real Estate exam. I'm not a big "reviewer" of anything but I had to give credit where credit was due. Thanks Joe!

I am so glad I did, I was so confused about some definitions. Joe's videos and CDs were very helpful, helped to clear all these confusions. I watched the video of vocabulary again before I walked in the exam room. So I passed the test this morning. Sent the link of your website to another person who failed 2nd try. I am in PA and took my exam for the first time last Saturday and passed! Thank you very much. You provide information that's easier to understand and retain than what is being taught in the classroom. I will and have recommended your program. I played the lessons, listened to the downloads, did the pratice exams and learned and retaind a lot. Thank you Joe & Art, your work of Art!

6 years agoI had my exam scheduled so far out far out, that I ended up forgetting everything I learned in school. I used prep agent 2 weeks before my exam and when it came to the day I was more than prepared.
