A thank you is not enough for all this man pours into the lives of those who are seeking a career in real estate. Let me be totally honest, I studied from an exam book at the library. I came across his videos on YouTube and I listed to them. I also followed his instructions on going over vocabulary. One time while I was cleaning a house for cash. I just put his video on and just let it play. When I got into the exam room. I followed his instructions: wean out answers you know don't belong. Answer questions you know you got. And don't go back changing your answers cause if you do you might just change to the wrong one. Well my test time ran completely out...I was on the last question and I was thinking man....I failed....because my goal was to go back and overlook the ones I answered that I wasn't sure about....but I couldn't.....The lady handed me my piece of paper stapled and my driver's license. She said don't open until you get downstairs. I ran straight to the bathroom across the hall and locked myself in the stall.....I tore open that paper and all I saw was CONGRADULATIONS!!! I was ecstatic. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT PREPAGENT IS THE BEST OUT THERE....I TRULY MEAN IT....AND IT'S TOTALLY AFFORDABLE....BE BLESSED AND MAY THE CREATOR TRULY BLESS YOU FOR ALL YOU DO PREPAGENT.

I was studying to take my TN Affiliate Broker exam and found Prepagent one week before the exam. Another AB told me about it and I thought, "whynot?" I am so happy that I did. I took as many practice exams as I could. about two per section, and did two 200 question master exams. Although it does not cover everything in the liscence exam, I can definitely say I was prepared for the exam. 🥳I PASSED 1ST ATTEMPT TODAY. (state & national) Good job PrepAgent!!!!!!!!!

I've been to two brick and mortars and by far I've learned the most through PrepAgent. Whenever there is a concept that is unclear to me, the PrepAgent family is always there to make it clear. I love how Joe encourages everyone to ask questions and does not talk down at you as if it was something you should've known. I feel as though I am allowed to learn at my own pace and allow the information to really sink in. Since this is a brand new vocabulary/career that I am getting into, I'd like to take the time to truly understand the concepts and speak this new real estate lingo.

I wanted to write and thank Prep Agent for all there Help. And leave a review that may help someone save some time and money as they prepare for there test. I have been going through some life changes passed my classes and starting taking the test in 2014 with little test prep. Really over the next 5 years " I may or may not :)" failed the test 5 more times. I put my foot down and said not only do I need to pass the test but learn the information to use. I found prep agent studied for a month. Once I started to pass the practice test with 80% or higher every time. I passed the next time. So it worked. And I can honestly say I may have given up without the organized and helpful website. So thank you and good luck...

Today I passed the California salesperson exam on the first try. Thanks in large part to Joe and PrepAgent. I primarily studied material directly from the DRE website and the PrepAgent website. I was very prepared and finished the exam well before the deadline. I was one of the first to finish. Thanks Joe!
