Since high school I’ve had a hard time studying for exams and having it stick. For me the real estate exam was tough. I took it 4 times and missed it by 2-3 points each time. I finally found this website and saw great reviews. I bought the program a week before I was going to take the exam again, went through the videos and took multiple practice exams and can finally say that I PASSED! Joes tips for takin the exam thoroughly helped and it is 100% worth the money. I would recommend this program to anyone taking the real estate exam.

6 years agoI did the practice Exams....a Lot. Listened to the audio lessons in my truck...a Lot. Read the articles....over and over....you get the idea! Did a ton of vocab....took Vocab test over and over until I got 96% correct. Took the test in ... See MoreI did the practice Exams....a Lot. Listened to the audio lessons in my truck...a Lot. Read the articles....over and over....you get the idea! Did a ton of vocab....took Vocab test over and over until I got 96% correct. Took the test in Oregon yesterday and Passed the First time! See MoreI truly appreciated this class and the support from Joe and his team. I learned more from the videos and webinars taught through this curriculum than all 180hrs of the actual real estate courses. Joe has a true gift of teaching. He simplifies real estate in a way that helps the concepts much easier to understand. I truly realized the value in this course when it came time to take the test. The approach PrepAgent takes on teaching concept rather than trying to remember specific wording was a major help and difference than the courses taken to be able to apply for my license. What I realized is rather than trying to remember the nuts and bolts, we should focus on the concepts. Concepts are crucial to understanding and passing the exams. I am extremely grateful for the teaching and everything I was able to learn through PrepAgent. I highly recommend investing in yourself and this course. You will become equipped to pass the exam and you will be a stronger agent in the fact that you can explain concepts to your clients rather than fancy real estate terminology written by attorneys. This is a fantastic way to not only gain confidence entering your exams, but also becoming a more confident agent. Thanks Joe and PrepAgent for guiding me through my exams to a passing score and helping me have more confidence as a new agent!

See MoreI watched Joe’s videos for weeks as I studied for my real estate exam here in Wahington, DC. He is an absolute gem. Joe has a knack for simplifying complicated topics and brings a sense of humor too. The learning process becomes entertaining and I actually looked forward studying along with all the other up and coming agents. Complex and mundane real estate content comes to life through animated info graphics. PrepAgent made learning the material not just easy but FUN too! 6 years agoI purchased prep agent on January 23rd and took the real estate exam on February 1st. I passed!! Prep Agent was amazing and helped me learn so much in such a short time.
