It has been over a year since I finished those classes. I star ... See MoreTHANK YOU Prep Agent!! I passed today on my first try in CA!! I admit that I took a random online pre-licensing course as quickly as possible just to get the paperwork in. It has been over a year since I finished those classes. I started studying with your program about 3 1/2 weeks ago in addition to being a mom of 3 boys on 3 different baseball teams, Team Mom, etc.!! I think the reason I put off even trying to prepare for the test initially was that my online course materials put me to sleep (literally) any time I sat down to study. I started watching Prep Agent videos on You Tube and realized that I understood a lot more of the concepts and decided to give serious studying a try. Once I started, I gained more and more confidence that I actually could pass. I owe it all to Prep Agent and I am so beyond happy that I don't have to take the test again!! Thanks a million!!

6 years agoVery easy to use, purchased full package couple weeks with vocab and then into practice exams, watched videos and did some of the webinars, 2 attempts without prepagent, 3rd try with prepagent and passed !! 6 years agoIn addition to my MD state book and on-line classes, I subscribed to another on-line real-estate study service, aced all the practice tests over and over and over. Took the test and did not pass. The information given through the study ... See MoreIn addition to my MD state book and on-line classes, I subscribed to another on-line real-estate study service, aced all the practice tests over and over and over. Took the test and did not pass. The information given through the study service turned out to be inaccurate for my state. I had to guess my way through the test because none of the questions were familiar. I had relied heavily on the study service to give me the rhythm of the questions on the real exam. Fast forward one month. I signed up for PrepAgent and I'm here to say that their format is far superior to any other service out there. Between the vocabulary, video, audio, webinars and practice tests, you will definitely pass your test. I sat for the MD state test again and was the first one done. Finished in around 15 minutes because the PrepAgent practice questions were spot on and made the real test questions super familiar. Thanks for a great program PrepAgent. I will FOREVER recommend you to anyone who asks.
