I’m an attorney and wanted to get my license but truly had no idea how to start preparing for the exam. Bought a course through Kaplan, watched the videos but the stuff just didn’t seem applicable, wasn’t doing well on the practice tests. Then I found Prep Agent on YouTube. Watched a few videos and all of a sudden MARIA was making sense, and STUD. Signed up for the course and all the videos and worked the exams over and over again until the answers became automatic. That’s the stuff they test on the licensing exam - and I passed the first time with 2 weeks of studying - watched all the videos and listened to the audio while driving, then did the exams over and over again. Perfect. Breezes through the exam! The other course was a waste of money - the proof is in the pudding and Prep Agent really got me through with flying colors. Thanks Joe!!

I signed up for classes through an on-line company that only offered straight reading, and I realized I don't learn effectively that way. I found PrepAgent videos on YouTube and supplemented my classes and they helped immensely! When I finished my classes I made the decision to go ahead and sign up for PrepAgent . . . WOW. The amount of content that was available was wonderful! The way Joe explained things made sense and was easy to remember. SO glad I invested! I ended up passing my Colorado Broker exam (as well as National) on the first try and it blew my mind! Of course there were things on the exam that I truly don't remember learning in my classes or with PrepAgent, but those were negligible compared to the content that PrepAgent helped me learn and be confident in my knowledge in. I went to RE school and had NO idea how I was going to retain all that info and pass my NYS exam. Unfortunately, I waited until the last minute to take the course and to schedule the exam. There was only 1 date available before my expiration date. I thought there was NO way I was gonna pass the test on the first try and figured I'd probably have to take the 75-hour course again. So I decided to google study guides, books, videoes etc and I came across Joe's PrepAgent videos on youtube and went to his website. I watched ALL his videos. I thought they were great and entertaining. I made flashcards with all his memorizing tricks for all the important info and studied them. I remembered so much of the material because of him. When I went into NYC to take my test I was so nervous because I knew if I didn't pass I had to take everything all over again. I took the exam and it seemed soooooo easy and I breezed through it in 25 minutes and I was one of the first people to finish and walk out of that exam room. I walked out saying -either I failed it big time or I passed with flying colors! Haha I passed on my 1st try. I remembered EVERYTHING thanks to Joe! Now I am working with Signature Premier Properties! Thank you Joe!

When studying for the exam I started using my notes from class I even purchased the accelerated review book, made note cards and was watching the prep agent videos on you tube. I still wasn't retaining the info like I needed. Initially I said I wasn't putting any more money into studying, but you have to invest in yourself and to make money you have to spend it. A week before my test I purchased the prep agent review and started taking the different practice test everyday and studying the vocabulary. I would listen to the audio and the videos in the car or at work. Im so glad to say I passed my national the first time and passed my state a week later! I'm so grateful & thankful for prep agent. This site really works and was worth every penny. They have so many different resources that you can use to study from and it made it easier for me to comprehend.

There's no way that I would have passed the national test without Prep Agent. I have been studying aimlessly for months and not even 2 weeks before I took my exam I purchased Prep Agent. They really put it in real life terms for you and break everything down to the simplest formula. I passed on the first try. I HIGHLY recommend.

PREP AGENT IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! After taking the Ohio Real Estate Exam on June 1st . I passed the Ohio portion of the exam, but failed the National part of the exam by 3 points. After watching the YouTube videos for 3 weeks, I am proud to report that on June 22nd I passed the National part of the exam by well over 20 percent of the score on my first exam. Even the exam Procter was impressed with my improved score. Prep Agent is the Truth!!!! He truly breaks down the information and allows you to apply the information so when answering questions there is much more understanding making it easier to choose the right response! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I am ready to get started in my new career as a Real Estate Agent!!!!

Joe is a genius

I started out using just the class materials I was given and watching prepagent videos on YouTube. A week or so before my class exam I purchased the prepagent 30 day program. It is so so so good! You get 100 questions per topic as well as other resources like vocabulary and videos. I did all of the questions (most several times) with the exception of the math section (I felt decently confident in that area). Thanks to Prepagent and some intense studying I passed my class exam with an 89% and I just passed my state exam today on the first try. I would strongly encourage anyone studying for the exam to purchase the program and watch all of the prepagent videos. They are awesome!

I recently passed my exam after retesting 4 times. After my 3rd attempt I focused on Prep Agent videos and my ebook I had available and was able to find success. I can’t stress enough how vital Prep Agent videos on YouTube were in helping me pass my exam. The amazing part is, I recommended Prep Agent videos to a friend of mine who was pursuing her Real Estate license and found the national portion challenging as well. She studied Prep Agent material for 2 weeks and passed her exam without enrolling in any other courses for training. Prep Agent Joe in my opinion, is the best source of preparation for national Real Estate testing you will find.
