Real estate has always been an interest of mine and when I decided to take the plunge, I took an online course to get the hours in my state. I was working full time and thought it would be fairly easy. It turned out to be quite stressful and difficult. I felt in the woods. It wasn't until two weeks before the state and national exams that I came across PrepAgent YouTube videos. By this point I had already bought a test prep kit along with re-reading all of the materials but definitely would have gone the PrepAgent route if I had seen it sooner! I think there's a lot to be said about the time PrepAgent has delved out to anyone with interest in real estate for free. Thank you PrepAgent for helping me feel beyond confident and passing the state and national exams, FIRST TRY!! AND to all the studiers that went live on the videos, thank you 👊

I'm gonna miss u Joe!!! So I took the class almost 2 years ago and put it on the back burner, finding out I only had 4 weeks left till it expired. Woops. I passed the state test yesterday first try!!!! All because of u! I had your videos going for 2 weeks all day everyday. Even when I went biking and gardening u were playing in my ears! All my friends wanna know how I did it! And I'm telling them all about u! Thank u so much. I'm actually gonna miss hearing your voice all day... Lol.

I took a class for 825.00 (Hirred) old online video training - was ok as I didn't know any better. I did however pass the Colorado portion on the first attempt but failed the National now two times. Very frustrating to say the least. Joe's approach is by far superior and I feel that with a little more practice I will pass the National exam soon. Thanks Joe.

I bought the California Salesperson Basic 5 days before my test and I passed! totally the best price for a crash study program and I didn't have to spend a weekend in a classroom!

I passed my test on the first try. It happened mostly because I was studying a lot with PrepAgent. It's impossible to remember everything unless you understand it very clearly, and PrepAgent is the guide who explains to you every single step, every single question of yours. Thanks a million!! I purchased prep agent in February and started using it back then... but wasn’t super consistent; however, I found out last Thursday that my exam date was Tuesday(yesterday) and I truly believe the ONLY reason I past my exam is because for 4 days, I literally took prep agent with me everywhere and took the practice tests every chance I could. When I was driving I would listen to the webinars. I’m not being paid to leave this review... I would pay for Prep-Agent all over again if I had too. Totally worth it!!! BEST TOOL EVER! I passed my Real Estate Exam thanks to PrepAgent! I was having a hard time finding a study plan and trying to figure out what topics to spend most of my time on. But Joe you did the hard planning work for me. I was able to fully understand each topic. Joe with PrepAgent is the go to guy! Thank you again for making your knowledge accessible.

PrepAgent is a 10 out of 10... Joe explains real estate in the most simplistic way so that we can understand the concepts and not just memorize the answers to the test questions! After being enrolled in my undergrad, as a mom, and a woman determined to make a better life for my children, I decided to take a RE class. This has always been an interest of mine, but I held off as I'm not to great at Math. After the class I walked away with my brain being mush, but one step closer to obtaining my goals. A little over a year has passed, as I continued to work and finish up school.. A few months back, I came across Prep agents videos and it was God sent. I'm convinced that with his help I was able to buckle down and focus on the things that really mattered to get me passed in Mass. I have to be honest, I was just about to give up on real estate after my first attempt at the exam. It seemed like a different language. I stumbled on your videos and heard another realtor talk about you and I became a bit OBSESSED with you. I listened to you day and night and could recite some of your videos, and jokes, and laughs word for word. I am actually a bit sad after passing my exam yesterday (85)% that I have no reason to listen to you anymore. YOU MADE ME PASS! I completely took all my classes all online and didn't see the inside of a classroom. I had NO idea what the questions were asking the first time I took the exam even after taking the 'crammer course.' I LOVE you. I LOVE your explanations, your knowledge, your candor, your intelligence and your love for history! Thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart. If I didn't listen to your videos not only would I have not passed, but I would NOT have the in depth knowledge and historical relevance behind the industry I'm about to embark on. I am so so appreciative. I just wish you had a 'what now' or marketing section or advice I could once again get lost in. Thank you so much for all you do for so many. I was so impressed with his methods of teaching via YouTube that I felt compelled to hop on the website and purchase the PREMIUM package. I am seeing people claim to have passed off of the videos alone but I want to ASSURE that I will pass on my first attempt and I also want to support great educators like Joe. I plan on taking my test before By early May!

So, for the longest I procrastinated on taking my state exam. Months after I passed the class I came across Prep Agent Joe and for 2 weeks, I slept, dreamt & breathed his crash course. I watched all the webinars, would sleep with his audio on and did the practice test questions over and over and over. 90% of his practice questions were the EXACT same on the test!!!!!!!!!
