I truly believe his strategies and materials really helped me out. I'm super excited to say I PASSED MY TEST. 😀. I honestly do recommend Prep Agent to anyone. Thanks again.

PrepAgent delivers with super user friendly practice exams, even if you’ve previously studied another program (which I did over a year ago), their program have very similar questions as on the exam. As long as you take the practice tests and score high (80%) you should pass. Great company, and I also listened to Joe’s YouTubes free prior to my exam, which provided practical ways to memorize the material.

I am a newly licensed agent as of July of this year :) I owe that all to PrepAgent! I feel guilty though, and you may not want to hear this, but I was able to just watch and listen to your info on YouTube and I passed 1st time just with your free material! I feel this is a testament to the effectiveness of your system! Unexpectedly, my license has led me down the property management path and I presently run 52 doors! (48 units a 4 plex)I also have the 4 plex listed! I recommend your site to all aspiring agents who ask if the test was "hard". The information was explained in a manner that was easy to understand. I went into my exam extremely prepared and confident. There were people there that were taking it for the 5th time. I think they need prep agent. I passed my first time with an hour and a half to spare. Thanks Joe.

Great content! I was feeling hopeless after my first attempted on the CA state exam. I tried 2 different prep websites before I found prepagent. This one is the best by far. Alot of the questions were almost the same that were on the test. I pass my second time thanks to prep agent

After years of studying on and off and then saying ok I want to really sale Real Estate and took time to really Study I took the Real Estate Test 3 times before I found Prep Agent and I tell you he change my life in 1 month I dedicate myself to 6 hrs of studying a day 6 days a week....Listening to Videos in my Car, while cooking, and it was my put me to sleep videos TV did not come on it was All about Prep Agent and PURE DEDICATION And on my 4th time I passed....Thank you Joe for KEEPING IT SIMPLE

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help! I signed up for the site a couple months ago and used it as the main source for my studies. I mostly used the webinars and practice exams and passed my school exam and the state exam on the first shot!

After finishing required schooling and passing school test I felt I needed more info to study how to PASS the CT salesperson test. Found prep agent info thru YOUTUBE. Best decision to Join, The info on this site helped me study at my pace and know when I was ready to take the State test. I took the National and State Real Estate tests today and passed them both the first time. It was due to a large part of Prepagent’s info down to earth videos, vocabulary explanations and assortment of practice tests. Thank you. I highly recommend to others that are in the preparation mode. The only suggestion I might have is a little more coverage of the State material ( I live in Idaho).

I can not say more great things about this program! After reading the book once and passing the course I studied Prep Agent every moment I could get for a month! I just passed on the first try on my state exam in FL yesterday! Thank you so much! I have a more than full time job and two boys under 5 and I loved how convenient the videos and practice exams were. My current field is in E-Learning Support and Development and I can say that Prep Agent fits many different type of learners. Before my state exam I scored 95% on vocab and 86% on the overall state practice exam. You will be shocked how well Joe's program works. When I reviewed the text the night before test I couldn't believe how much I understood and could apply it. Thanks again I have been spreading the good word to all I know interested in Real Estate!!

I recently passed the Michigan exam the 2nd time around; my success in large part is due to Joe, and PrepAgent. Although several questions on the exam were ambiguous, listening to Joes explanations, and repeated practice tests helped me to process the differences. Good program to use, highly recommend.

After I failed my first try, PEOPLE from Crash course recommended me his class on YouTube. Guess what! I've learned A LOT from Joe's class. He is the BEST instructor!!! I wish I knew his website & YouTube before the exam. I can truelly say, BECAUSE OF HIS CLASS, I was able to pass my 2nd try!! If I knew him before my exam, I would definitely choose his products.
